I sent my DNA there because there doesn't seem to be anywhere in Australia that tests for weak furnishings. There was a delay for some reason and I didn't get my results for about 2 weeks past the estimated eta completion date unfortunately. I needed the results so I could work out if I should breed my batch or not. Unfortunately the delay meant I missed her heat and will now have to wait six months to do the mating. I emailed to clarify the results once I had them and received a response very quickly which was great, that part was wonderful.

I have had to send the swabs 3 times. This time the test says it would be complete last week and I am still waiting….

I have used two other companies and Paw prints is by far the easiest, most expedient and most fairly priced. You have a new, dedicated customer going forward.

This is one of the few testing sites that is up to date on testing. They are the most accurate in results. Most only test theor samples once but PawPrints with NEOGEN tests each sample more than once to ensure results are accurate.

The team at Pawprints are exceptional. They were able to assist with one request at no charge ( they already had the animals DNA) and were able to guide me in the right tests to order for a different animal

They didn’t send the test kit out to begin with. It sat on someone’s desk for over a week. I had to call to find out where it was. Then, it took over the 14 business days to get results.

It took a month to get the results.

You missed two deadlines for providing with the results. Unacceptable, screwed up my breeding. There was no explanations what went wrong at the lab? And I don’t even know if the results are accurate. Only positive experience was the very nice lady on the phone

I need you to remove the Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 4 disease panel from all results. This was not a selected test and it only affects Springers and Dashhounds. Can you please update my disease panels

Easy to collect and reasonable!

Took much longer than it said it was going to. I was in a rush for this order and to have it not done in a timely manner was frustrating. I called last week, days after it was supposed to be done, and was told that there were some results already and the customer representative on the phone would email the lab and then call me back. I in fact did not receive a call back and called again the next week, and received the same response from a different person. I have just now had some results show up in the system, still waiting on some, over a month after I dropped the samples off at the Edmonton lab.
