Dealing with Paw Print was a great experience. I'm from Canada and the collection and shipping of the sample ended up being simple and fast. I was kept up to date on the progress and the analysis was completed three days sooner than promised. Great Service!

The lab has taken over two months to get a test back. I have asked many times for a refund so that I can order from a different lab without being out money for something that’s not in my control. All customer service can tell you is that’s the information they’re getting from their lab. Every time I ask it’s another two weeks and it will be completed. It has yet to be completed after being received 12/12/23

I understand testing can take a while sometimes to get back, but it just seems like it took longer time than usual.

Genetic testing is essential to ensure only the healthiest of animals are paired for breeding. The actual DNA collection is extremely easy and results are provided fairly quickly. I will continue to use Paw Print Genetics as the need arises.

I have always had a good experience but this time was very hard. I had to wait for 1 test for about 2 months and after making a phone call my results were magically there. I appreciate the man who helped me today. Thank you to him.

Package was received by Neogen Jan 25th It’s been 19 days and I only have 1 test back I have called several times to see if they could rush it but it’s been a week and only the one has been completed I was also told if I want to do any add on tests it’s another 2-3 weeks on samples you have already received. Other companies like Animal Genetics and GenSol have a much quicker turnaround time and add on tests range from hours to get results to a week maximum

Paw Print has been fantastic -- very helpful customer service when I had questions, and their test swabs are very easy to use.

Actually a little bump in the road. I never received an email that testing was backed up and the date of completing estimated for a week longer. I found this by logging into my account and seeing message next to all 3 dogs being tested. So I called. I was explained that do to unforeseen circumstances,my reports would be available in another week. Although a hiccup, I was pleased to receive a day earlier than estimated.

I receive kits in a timely manner when needed. Result turn around time is fantastic.

The tests are good and competitively priced, my only concern for this round of tests is that it took a long time to get the results back. And had to contact them a few times to see why it was taking so long.

We got delayed in receiving our tests twice which pushed back the amount of time we have to advertise our litter.

I've used them before. There easy to work with they will tell you which test your dog needs by Breed.

Only two of the three have been completed, with no explanation of when the other one will be completed.

Increase in the pricing and it takes far too long to get results.
