We was really impressed with all the tests that was tested and how easy and clear to understand the results.

So I have used this company numerous times in the past with great results, and have referred at least 30 people to them. But this time has been terrible, I paid extra for overnight delivery in both directions so they could get my samples as quickly as possible. They have now had my samples for 22 days with no results, and when I call to find out what is taking so long I get the excuse of they moved labs and it took longer than expected to get up and running. I understand that but the fact they did not make that known to customers prior is extremely frustrating. They've now cost me thousands of dollars in missed sales because customers want dna results before purchasing.I told the woman that I spoke to, and she told me it is what it is, don't know what to tell you. No offer of a discount in the future, no offer to refund a portion of the money I spent to keep a repeat customer happy. I will never use this company again and, I will make sure I never refer them again. Extremely unhappy!

I would give a zero if it was offered. Called and they said they didn't receive the test but tracking showed that they did. They gave dates that it would be finished but it wasn't. It took over one month for the test to be completed. When I called the persons on the other line were short and rude. Your employees have poor communication skills. I would not recommend this company.

Communication was difficult due to a dual sired litter and getting them to test the correct sire. This lack of clarity turned into extra time waiting for information to provide to puppy buyers and doing registrations. Once that was straightened out it went smoothly

Do NOT use this lab! I was a long time customer. No more good customer service. Late turn around times. Won't answer emails or phone calls. HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!

The company advertises 10 days to 2 weeks turn around time when they receive sample. It took 3 weeks for test results to come back. This was a time sensitive and I would have used another company had I known the turn around time was not as advertised. I did call customer service and asked for a manager, left my return phone number and never received a call back.

Great customer service. Responsive to my problem (not theirs, but the USPS), and helped to resolve it. My results were received in the time frame they estimated. Better pricing compared to other similar companies. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I am still waiting for the report- the estimated completion date was 6 days ago.

I sent in 4 dog samples, I realize at the beginning of the year so it may take longer. My estimated completion time was 2 weeks, 3 weeks later no results and estimated completion time had not changed. After 3 weeks I have gotten 1 dogs results and the estimated completion on the others just changed to yesterday. So hopefully will keep getting results throughout the day, but will see.

I receive my test kits in good time but didn’t get my results in the guaranteed 2 weeks like they said would happen. Going on 3 weeks and still waiting

Test is taking 10 days longer than the provided ETA. Kit mailing took 3 days longer than the agent gave. What is happening to PP? Never had this type of issue before Neogen took over.

After paying extra to have the results of my dogs DNA tests expedited. Not only did it take longer than the 2 weeks expected it 2 months. In this time I lost out on being able to have my female bred causing a considerable loss in finances.

Ease of registering Scipio. I was able to avail of a bundled rate for Labrador Retrievers. Testing completed in timely fashion. Scipio carried no traits so that was an extra bonus!

Months and dont have results. Have contacted several times cant get resolution or good answers, only lame excuses, lab delays, lab moved, holidays- I sent a month before holidays.
