Took too long

Avoid this company like the plague. 0 stars is what they deserve. They have apparently recently merged and their company went down the tubes. Test results now take nearly 3 months after multiple phone calls you may be able to get them. That is after you deal with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not deserve your business or your money. Much better alternatives are available.

The results are trustworthy, but this company has a downward trend (against its competition) for lacking timeliness in processing and posting results for new samples received based on other companies that we have sent samples to for our testing. The comparison to the time it takes PawPrints to run the same breed specific panels or individual tests is weeks longer. This also applies for individual tests. Their time to complete the order is great if you already have samples with them from previous orders.

Samples received 12/19/24, 3 delays due to "lab issues." Results finally posted mid-February 2025 with "amended" on all reports due to lab issues. Very unhelpful customer service, won't use this lab again.

It took an excessively long time to get the results plus I was told two times that they were reviewing them and that was not the case.

PawPrints is the ONLY testing I have ever done, and TRUSTED as they are VERY THOROUGH. I have used them multiple times with all my dogs I have ever owned. I believe in their report, verses what a breeder says. :)

I am very happy to have the convenience in being able to submit sample at the dog show. However, I was NEVER notified by email that my results were in. very disappointing as I had always gotten a notification for them in the past.

Not real happy. I had to call to get the lab to process my sample long after the 14 days . To get my results that I have been waiting for.

Great e-mail Communication! When I had questions/concerns, I was able to e-mail and get a fairly quick response to my inquiries. My results were not available when estimated. I contacted them. Within hours, I had e-mail explaining why there was a delay and was given the results that they did have completed. I had intended on purchasing an add-on test, but did not. They were able to add it on, using the samples sent, which was awesome.

I always get quick service. The instructions for testing are clear. Customer Service is always helpful if I need to call.

It's really confusing on how to order and set up your account. I had to have a friend of mine do it for me, since she had done it before. I would have looked for another company if it hadn't been for my friend. Other then that it's easy to log back in and see the results. I had a disease panel done.

Turnaround time was much longer than expected. My results got delayed three times, and I didn't get my final results until past even that third deadline. Customer service was kind when I spoke to them, but it was very frustrating.

The test kit was shipped right away. The instructions were clear and the kit was easy to use. The test results were delivered when I expected and were very clear. I would use this service again.

Great experience and so easy to do!! And what tops it all is the quick results
