I got the kits promptly.... I returned the kits the same day that I got them... Then everything went to s***.... There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to go over 30 days to get results..... When Lisa owned the paw prints genetics company we could go 3 weeks from the start to the results. It seems that turn around service after the merger has gone to hell. You wanted honest results.I'm not happy. I have had to make excuses to my customers that were waiting to get a puppy...... I sent the sample and after waiting the full term I was told it wasn’t good enough, so I had to redo everything. Resend ( at your cost) but still have to wait the 14 days again for results.

My test results are still not back. Its been 4-6 weeks and its impossible to reach anyone at your end.

I was pleased with how thorough the company was in making sure that the results were accurate. It ended up taking longer due to some issues on their end but they kept me updated with what was happening. I would definitely recommend and also I will be using in the future.
