Nancy as been a excellent advisor,very courteous and helpful,with covid and having to move the whole holiday booking back from March to November this year nothing as been to much trouble for this lady, We are very grateful for all her assistance and are really hopeful that we are able to travel in November

Like a lot of people we were promised a refund.... the dates came and went no refund!!! Told we are in a queue. On December 1st decided to apply for a section 75 through Barclaycard.Citrus holidays fought it to the bitter end...But 12 weeks later we finally received our refund via Barclaycard. It's a shame really because if Citrus holidays had dealt with the situation in a more understanding way... thinking more of there customers and not themselves, we may of been tempted to rebook...but the trust had already gone!!

Had to give a star as I can’t give none. My holiday was cancelled NOT due to COVID tho. I booked and paid in full for 5 nights to Cyprus in November 2020. A few weeks before Citrus notified me I would either need to change from Bristol to London or increase my holiday by 2 more nights. This at extra expense to me. As neither option was suitable and also Citrus could NOT provide me the holiday they originally sold me it was cancelled. I’ve rung countless times to be told my issue would be forwarded to Benz travel to arrange refund. This has NOT happened and every time I ring I get fobbed off with the same. Rubbish all round !

It hs been over a year since our travel plans were canceled due to the pandemic. After multiple emails the past year we still have not received our refund. DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Citrus will not pay your money back after a cancelled holiday. They just keep sending emails saying it will be paid shortly, it will be paid by..... it will be paid with 15 days....if will be paid by end of the week.... and so on. Do NOT BOOK WITH CITRUS HOLIDAYS. Read all the comments slating them from dissatisfied customers who have all been lied to regarding refunds that they never receive. Use any other company but not CITRUS. All the pathetic excuses by email come from a woman called Solwyn who obviously thinks she is good at fobbing the customers off !! She isn't but Citrus have far more to loose than i do !! Stay away from them !!

My trip to South India last year far exceeded my expectations, The tour of South India was marvellous,Tour Guide Anil was fabulous,Citrus was perfect for my needs.The variety of scenery, accommodation, food,transportation.The activities/nature walks and guides at Wayanad wild were all great and we would not hesitate recommending a visit here to anyone. A must stay stop.! Fabulous quick insight to this vast area. Everything is so amazing that you regret not staying a little longer at some places, but by reading the trip plans you know what you are in for. Advise anyone taking this trip to pack light,I would certainly recommend this trip

Citrus Holidays are terrible! Booked a gullet trip in Turkey with girl friends over a year ago. They were fast to take our deposits and then the holiday balance but to date they still haven't given us our money back. We have emailed them every week and I've tried phoning them without success. Every email we've sent has had a reply that they have long lists of people to refund, including a list of their suppliers. Dreadful company and absolutely not recommend people to book with Citrus.

Avoid this company!! Booked a dream trip for a big birthday in December 2019 for Oct 2020. The company have stopped replying to my emails now when I ask when my refund will be due. I'm £5000 out of pocket and all I'm told is that my refund is in the queue. Shocking customer service. Yes we're in a global pandemic but come on, it's common decency to just reply to an email!. Book a holiday with this company at your peril. Great when they're taking your money but after that watch out 😡

Dont consider at all .very unreasonable company .i bookec a flight to Islamabad but due to covid and family circumstances had to cancel. This was within 12 hrs but they refused to refund and did not want to help at all.steer clear be warned .

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL COMPANY!! .. DO NOT EVER BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THEM!! .. Like others we were unable to go on our April 2020 dream holiday and after months of having to chase and badger them for what was our savings, I was finally given a refund minus over £700 in so called 'cancellation' charges - absolutely furious with them and don't know where to start to fight for that money back .. Disgusting Company to treat their customers like that

Our trip to Italy April 2020 was cancelled due to covid 19. Still awaiting refund. NO response from multiple emails and calls. Very disappointed!! What does one have to do?!

Please do not accept a refund from Citrus Holidays if the are keeping money for “arranging” your non existent holiday. I did accept the refund minus £280 which I have an email stating that it would be refunded by 31/12/2020. I gave them the benefit for my holiday on 1/9/2020, I thought due to circumstances I would wait for a refund. Strangely they could only credit my bank account and not the credit card I paid with. I thought that I could claim back the £280 from my credit card company but this is not the case. You can only claim back the amount you have accepted so go straight to your credit card provider when your offered a refund. Citrus fobbed me off in January when I called about the refund that I hadn’t had, first telling me that their was a long queue of people waiting for their refund (even though I had an email stating that you’d have it in my account by 31/12/2020) then I was told that I had requested a refund from my credit card ! I knew this had not happened, Ashley was insistent but couldn’t tell me which date they had received this request. I have now went ahead to claim back through my credit card company I would not recommend Citrus Holiday’s to anyone and I’m really sorry that I ever heard of of this company.

Like lots of others, our holiday was cancelled at the end of September and we were promised a refund by 30th November 2020. We are still waiting and when we call, are just told that the refund is being processed. We are trying to claim via section 75 with our credit card, yet despite many emails from Citrus Holidays confirming that we are entitled to a full refund, they are now disputing the matter. All of this makes me question just how solvent Citrus Holidays are!!! There are people who have been waiting a lot longer than me and still haven’t seen any refunds. It shouldn’t take this long for a reputable company to honour it’s obligations. At least if they went bust we could apply to ATOL for a refund

Like others my Holiday to India was cancelled by Citrus in September 2020. They agreed full refund which should be paid by law within 14 days. Complaints are now by standard e mail that refund will happen as soon as possible. The owe me over £10k. I have reported them to Competition & Markets Authority who only take action if a lot of people complain. Citrus are still selling holidays. If you are owed refund report them please. I have started legal action to get my money back. Ironically ATOL will only refund if Citrus go bust. I will try to ensure that happens once I have a judgement. Wonder why they are not ABTA members???
