Citrus again provided excellent customer service- they respond promptly and, yes, you can speak to a real person if needed They always answer queries regarding itinerary as fully as possible and try to accommodate requests.

Stay away from this company! They have yet to compensate for travel scheduled for end of March 2020 cancelled due to Covid. Despite continued promises to refund cancelled trip to Italy for myself and my daughter this refund has never materialized. Very disappointed .

My query started with a trip seen on Travelzoo, which turned out to be not exactly what I wanted, which led to expressing what I was looking for, and considering various trips available, then finally deciding on one, covering 2 cities, 3 days to Madrid and 3 days to Seville Then we got to modifying the trip, varying the dates of departure, transfer and return. Then the hotel, more city-centre or further out. I would like to say that I was decisive and informed about my choices, but truth to tell, they were only after the very knowledgeable and able assistance of Mel. After all these, and before confirmation, I called again to make one or two changes. Again, no problem. That's my first experience with booking a trip instead of, as always previously, planning and making all the individual bookings myself. And suddenly, all the problems with information gathering, checking availability, making the timings over the past one week, was all sorted out in less than 2 hours. And the overall cost? A shade over what it would be with my own myriad arrangements, but to get a result so optimal and so quickly, how to begrudge the little extra cost? And, a couple of free upgrades thrown in as well. The problem with planning for 2, with the other party resident elsewhere, and not to hand to help make the decisions, would have meant frequent calls to confirm one aspect or another, but here the final arrangement was agreed with a call, and then back to Mel for a modification, and then everything was ready to confirm and make payment. So we go next week, all deliberations done. Then also another little change, and further done. So, what to say about the service? Nothing more need be, just extremely pleased. No one nicer to deal with. Would I use the service again? Yes, and yes. But here's a hint (unless I am only just discovering it): find a trip, and if it's not-to-plan exactly, call and work out the modification(s). Then it'll be right to plan.

I cannot express how helpful and patient Rose was in arranging our holiday, I am sure she must have been very frustrated at the number of times we altered destinations. A very good experience.

Having had a trip cancelled because of Covid, I was somewhat doubtful that I would ever see my money back or a voucher…. It didn’t help when the staff changed and it was very difficult to get hold of someone who knew my details…. All that being said I recently was speaking to Solwyn and he came through in trumps and I now have my voucher! Thank You..

Mel spoke with one of my children a few days preparing best flights and within budget whilst I attended to classes and family affairs before preparing for booking etc Absolute awesome saved us over £1200 and kept in budget and knew almost everything straight away and was able send me lots of additional info. Well and truly above and beyond many other similar agencies and will be booking another break in 3 months absolute fabulous big thanks to mel

Had a wonderful holiday. Everything went well. All transfers were there when they were suppose to be. Hotels in Athens and Santorini where good but did not care for the hotel in Crete. It said that it was a four star but it was a two at best. It is in bad need of beds, pillows and linens. Working it’s Citrus holidays was challenging at times. Very bad communications but in the end they pulled it off and we did have a nice time. Tanks Rahul for all your hard work.

The trip turned out fine but i was never confident in it going ahead.I found the experience with Staff daunting .Not a very professional outfit and very fragmented in all dealings
