United Kingdom | 02 December 2018Communication was not always brilliant when it was different from the norm. The holiday itself (10 nights Kerala Odyssey) was a fantastic experience. The driver (Raigan) was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we both felt we had made a friend by the end. We would be happy to use this company again.

I Made various hotel & flight additions to the Itinerary along the way & Mel from Customer Services was fabulous coming back to me very quickly with information/ costs. So looking forward to this Holiday which I depart for this weekend..! Will Review the trip once back. I will certainly look to make future bookings with both Jenny & Mel, can’t fault their Customer Service.
