I’ve had quit a hard time getting my order. The covers were sent for the 2 chairs and 2 ottomans I ordered but no foam came. I emailed customer service and they mailed the foam for the two chairs and said they’d throw in a pillow for inconvenience. Got the foam but no pillow. Still don’t have the foam for our two ottomans either. I guess it’s on its way. We had Xmas early due to personal reasons and not everything is here. Needless to say that was very disappointing. Although, the chairs are great! Just wish not had to babysit the order I placed for over $700 plenty ahead of time and still not have.

They're comfortable, but . . . the instructions were misleading. We received two square rocks, basically. In 24 hours, instead of the rocks fluffing to 90% of their eventual full size, they were about the same, possibly a bit softer. Since we had two, we did an experiment. I vigorously broke apart the foam on one, and we left the other more or less alone, although my son kicked it around a little to break the foam into large chunks. Over a few days, the second one eventually reached the status of the one I had worked vigorously. The foam has a slightly bad smell and seems to have paper mixed in with it. Why is the foam so sealed off from human touch? There's a casing with a double zipper that can't be unzipped. Does it have something toxic on it? The paper mixed in with the foam is unpleasant as it crackles. Additionally, the bags would be more comfortable if the foam broke down into small chunks.

Excellent product. The best part is customer service was fantastic, responded in a timely matter and solved our issues. My kids love the comfy sacks.

It was the best deal. I checked several sites and they would say a cheap price and then have a massive shipping charge. This site was upfront with the price and free shipping (not sure if this is always or I caught a sale). I do wish that it also measured in cu ft and not just lbs, because I ordered way too much. I got the 16 lb/$30 one and it expands so much that an adult could sit on it as a small lovesack. They suck the air out so it ships small. Of course, you should have your vacuum handy because shredded foam gets everywhere. It's still better than other stuffing materials that squish over time and lead to a flat pillow.

Bought the 6 foot bag. Material seems to great quality same with the foam. Could use more foam. Only issue is that I ordered extra foam and has taken longer to get extra foam then the first shipment. Been 7 days and no shipment

This has been an incredible addition to our newly refinished basement. The kids (tweens) love it! All their friends flock to the bean bag before any other chair.

Bought for my daughter. Whole experience so far has been great from customer service to the comfort of the sac. Great purchase.

Very expensive lounger has depleted in less than a year. I tried to purchase filler and it came in a big liner. Not sure why or what I can do. Looks like a dog bed

I was first introduced to Sacs about 6 years ago when my roommates purchased LoveSacs... I loved them but didn't feel the need to shell out almost $1k because we already had two. Now six years later I finally scratched that itch, but there were a lot more competitors in the game. ComfySacs were well reviewed and less than half the price. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and with options and customer service they offer... If you're thinking of getting yourself a Sac don't hesitate! And don't waste your money on another brand!

The product arrived quickly and as described! My husband and I can both lay on it and watch movies! Very comfortable! We love it!

Had to replace original after 2 years which was defected. Customer service sent me a “how to repair” joke.....

I thought this was not like the bean bags I’m familiar with. The pictures shows adults sitting high in the bag. I sink into it and have to roll out to get up. For the cost I expected more. The grandkids should love it. The main reason I bought it.

7 foot lounger. I love it but was disappointed as it seems lack on the filling lots of extra fabric and could have more filling.

Kids love these sacks and are able to move them from room to room themselves. I just wish there was a bit more foam in each. Even when fully fluffed, there is a lot of room in the bag and one has visibly less than the other.

I purchased our 6 foot lounger after getting multiple recommendations from friends. It came within two weeks with the free shipping and we were so excited! We opened the box and saw that the lounger was defected but still usable (for the sake of the company I will not write what the defect was). We thought we could fix it on our own but after a week and a half we called customer service as the problem had not yet resolved. Customer service was so friendly and gave us a few tips to try since they had only heard of this defect a few other times before. She told us to call back if the problem persisted. After doing her tips and another week and a half had passed we called back and without hesitation they sent us a new one plus an extra head pillow for the inconvenience. Customer service was AMAZING in resolving our issue. I would like to add that the problem we had did not take away from the comfort or our desire to own a comfy sack. At the time I was seven months pregnant and the beanbag was so unbelievable comfortable for an achy pack and legs. I am so thankful to customer service for being so prompt and helpful with our problem. Our second beanbag came and it is even better. We thoroughly have enjoyed it and it is my toddlers favorite place to be. She will literally grab anything she wants to play with and drag it over (if it's too heavy) to the edge of the lounger just so she can sit on it while she does her activity. My husband and I are both average sized and we both fit comfortable for a snuggle on movie night. I wish I could give this company ten stars.

Week 2: So far we love it. It's comfy, it looks great and I've got compliments from friends. Also love the price. Go for it!
