I received my 5' Lounger about 3 weeks ago. I really like it. It is comfortable and is exactly as advertised.

I bought this for my husband whose disks in his back are deteriorating. He hoped the comfy sack would allow him to sit more comfortably, which it does. It's well constructed, attractive, and costs much less than comparable companies' products.

Is there an inner bag that was not included?

I ordered two 6 ft comfy sacks. One of them was underfilled and you pretty much sink to the floor when you sit in it. I contacted the company and initially they responded right away saying to wait at least 2 weeks then send them a photo to let them know how much more foam to send. I waited and sent a photo and now nobody will respond to me. I have sent several messages. I am very disappointed.

We bought two comfy sacks to save money-with the expectation of the comfy sacks being comparable to the LoveSac. So fair warning--if you love how a LoveSac, do not waste your money on a comfy sack. Comfy sacks are not comfortable--they are like a bean bag except with cheap foam inside. Than I bought an extra 100lbs of foam to split between the two comfy sacks and that didn't help either. As for the return policy, you have to pay for shipping. Once you fill your comfy sack with the cheap foam and it expands--it will weight over 75lbs. Just invest in a LoveSac--DO NOT buy comfy sacks.

I sold my couch when I got my comfy sack, that's how much I love it. Worth every penny.

We need more stuffing and the operator keeps telling us to wait. I think we will like better if it was fuller. It hasn't opened up much and we bought it 2 1/2 weeks ago.

I made a mistake on my order, over a three day weekend, and they promptly answered and made the correction, cheerfully :-)

The filling wasn't what I expected. Not as comfy or fluffy as the images make them seem. Would have returned it but would have been to difficult to packaged back up.

We love our Comfy Sacks. This is the second one that we have ordered. We use them in our movie room and they are very comfortable. They are not cheap bean bags either, they are the real deal and worth every penny.

We bought two Comfy sacks and they are super comfortable. Once you sit or lay in them you never want to get out! We definitely recommend buying one. Love Love Love them!

The ottoman is super comfortable, but the comfy sack didn't poof to as large as I thought it would. It's very comfortable and we will still use it, but just not entirely what we expected.

I ordered the lounger for my great room as additional seating option for my man cave. The pictures and overall dimensions where the deciding factor in my original purchase. After it was assembled for a few days it still looked a little flat, one call to the customer service group and that was remedied by them shipping additional foam...no questions asked...Great companies have great customer service people and systems...Way to go Comfy Sacks....I may buy some of the smaller version sacks for my grand children's room...

Awesome sack. Needs more filling though. Would give it 5 stars but there is a lot of extra cover material hanging off the side. Very comfy though!
