I went into the Ipswich Branch to view a Mach E. I am receiving one from my company at short notice (2 days) and I wanted to get advice on how to use it and charge it. What are the controls etc. This is my first EV. I have to praise James Cutter who spent time explaining everything. Dealing with my worries. Handy advice and tips, what apps download etc. I walked out feeling happy knowing what I needed to do and how to use all the controls. There was no sales potential but he still gave me all his time and attention like he was. Really grateful and this is perfect customer service.
