Ben the Sales Executive was excellent and made the whole experience seamless. At the point of sale we agreed on minor cosmetic repairs before collection and Ben ensured these were completed to a very high standard. He even found us some mats which look like new. Overall I would highly recommend John Grose for their customer service and high standards of vehicle preparation.

The sales person Gary was very helpful and as frustrated as us at the delay in the car delivery. The car was explained to us on collection and a follow up email was received. Overall a good experience.

What a fantastic experience I’ve had with the service and delivery. From the guys down at the Ipswich branch. With a special thanks to Jacques Damant my sales advisor. He has made us feel like we are the only people ordering the car. Right from the start he sat us down with hot drinks and explained clearly how the process works as the waiting list was very long. We was updated regularly and informed us when the delivery dates changed. The car was in perfect condition when we picked it up. Jacques done a handover with me and he explained thoroughly how everything works. I work in customer care and I must say I was made to feel very special by this young man who I think is a valuable asset for the John Grose group.!!!

Booked Ford kuga in for first service and warrant repair on boot release, left car at 9am as arranged call at 1.30 to see if ready and they had not started service but was told they were working on boot release. Then you call the tell you complete rubbish and make up stories which are not true.Ended up having to asked for my keys back at 5.45 not knowing what was completed as no information given no book filled in the boot release still not working( Shocking service ) they really don't care.

Gary Day was the salesman. Really nice guy who could not do enough for me . I would definitely recommend to friends etc. Not forgetting the two guys who delivered the car to me ,nothing was too much trouble for them .It was a pleasure to do business with you . Lowestoft Branch.

Poor all round, lack of communication since purchasing car , nobody does what they say they are going to do , poor at organising car in for warranty work , they say they have tried to make contact and i reply to email and still no follow up call , not the John Grose of Ipswich that i dealt with years ago and couldnt fault them , didnt even buy the car from them years ago and got spot on communication and service ! Given them enough time to call but nothing ! Had to do this poor review im afraid .

NEW VEHICLE From building our new vehicle on paper to include all the must have features, altering where necessary to keep the increased monthly repayments down to keeping us advised of the vehicle's progress, we couldn't have had better service. With an estimated 6 month wait from order date, we were able to take ownership at the end of March rather than May. Excellent service as always. Stuart is a mine of information and advice and if he doesn't know something he will go and find out for us.
