Collected my new Kuga Vignale recently. Whilst I had to wait for my new car for a few months I was regularly kept informed of what was going on. James looked after me all the way from choosing, ordering and then collecting my vehicle. An excellent customer experience that I would recommend without any hesitation. As for the new car WOW, it's like sitting in the cockpit of an aeroplane! I cannot believe how much vehicles have changed since purchasing my trusty 08 Focus (from new) all those years ago. 100% satisfied.

I bought my car through John Grose in Lowestoft as although they were not the most local Kia garage to me, their service from the outset was 199% better than my local garage. I dealt with Alex throughout and he couldn’t have been more helpful with all of my questions and queries- and I had more than most! Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Due to the delays in building the car he could have been frustrated with the number of calls he received from me but he never showed this. He was always happy to update me if if it was simply to tell me there was no news. On the day of collection he offered to collect me from the train station and spent quite some time with me showing me all the features of the car. I never felt rushed and he was happy to oblige when it came to changing the order to include additional services and items. Alex then followed up after collection to ask whether I had any additional questions. Communication was thorough and helpful, keeping us up to date with what was happening and needed. Ryan handled the negotiations and sale in a professional, relaxed and non pressuring style. Ryan was away on the day of the handover but he made sure his colleague Jack Keeling was aware of all that was needed. Jack did a brilliant handover of the new vehicle, taking time to ensure we understood all relevant workings, without bombarding us with too much information. The car is great, thanks!
