From initially going in to view the Kia Niro, to ordering it, everything was made very easy, and Matthew Naylor, made the whole experience totally stress free. He explained what was going to happen and all cost so that I was aware all the time. After ordering, he then e-mailed with updates as to the vehicles progress in making its way to this country. He was very professional at all time which I really liked. Once the Niro was ready to pick up, it was a very simple and smooth handing over, with Matthew taking his time to explain all controls etc, and to make sure I was happy and confident with the car before I left. He was very happy to have a picture taken for posterity which was very kind. I would whole heartedly recommend John Grose to any of my family or friends. I never thought I would buy from a main dealer but so glad I did. Same price as our regular garage (nothing cheap in Current times) and a young lad called Luca couldn't of been more helpful. There was no sales pushing answered all my silly questions and dealt with my anxiety as to why I was changing my car. He was very caring and made me feel at ease. We will be back for sure!

Though it took several months to arrive, we were informed at the very outset, that due to market forces, the lead time time for our vehicle was always likely to be protracted. So there were no surprises. Once our car arrived we were given a thorough handover with all the main controls and features on our car explained. A preparation issue which arose was quickly resolved by the sales person. The car itself has so far been a joy to use. This review is based purely on the purchase experience of the vehicle and driving it for the first month. Servicing and any repairs carried out by John Grose Group will be subject of a further review as and when these occur.

From when we went into the showroom and met jaques he was so helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our new car even though my wife is disabled he was very patient and understood my wife’s needs I hope he will still be working for John grose when we get our next new car in2026he stayed in contact with us write the way through the period we had to wait for it to be built to our specifications.I will certainly be going back well done.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel I have to share my experience with others. I had originally ordered a car from another dealership in June, and we were let down. So February I walked into Peugeot Ipswich and met a wonderful gentleman, Jamie Stevens. We had a chat, I explained what had happened. I told him my needs and within an hour Jamie had found exactly what I wanted. Two weeks later I was sat in the most perfect car, some say that it's being in the right place at the right time.
