Bought a new Fiesta ST from Ipswich branch over a year ago but had to wait because of delays for new cars. Collected last Saturday came down from Yorkshire by train was met at the train station by Adam Hills the salesperson which was a very nice touch. The collection from the dealership was swift and pleasant despite how busy they all were. Didn’t initially deal with Adam when I purchased the vehicle but after he took over he kept me informed and up to date the best he could. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another new car off John Grose after this experience even though it’s a long way.

Drove away from the Lowestoft branch in my gleaming new Kuga within a month of enquiring. Usually deal with Ben (who was always top notch with us), but due to a change my salesman was Matthew Naylor. Have been with John Grose Ipswich for 3 years now. All staff have always provided excellent service. Friendly and professional. No hard sales tactics and makes the process easy. This years new car salesman was James Honeywood. Couldn’t have asked for more. Nil hassle and very accommodating. Everything explained well with no bs. It’s a competitive market and all dealerships can throw offers your way but aftercare must be taken in consideration and as yet Ipswich haven’t put a foot wrong. The service and support received from Jacques has been excellent throughout, with a friendly and helpful manner. Even though there is a general shortage in the supply of new cars, Jacques managed to find us exactly what we wanted and have the cars delivered to our door in a matter of weeks. The delivery team (Ron and Nick) arrived with the cars when they said they would and were very polite and professional. I’ve used John Grose to buy my cars over the years because of their excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Great service.

Cannot fault the excellent customer service. Changeover between Terry and Adam was seamless.
