ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. So I ordered a PCR test a good while ago, ended up not needing it and returned it within one day of arrival, box was still sealed and all. Was in communications with one of their staff members about this, said it would be fine as was unopened and sent back within 14 days. Now I have been constantly back and well...I'd say forth but nobody responds. Their telephone line is ridiculous as it has been saying technical difficulties for over a month. I do not think this business is legit. I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. Save your time and your money and don't use this company.

Wouldn’t recommend results didn’t come back in time was a good job I book another back up test the time I got the results email to me I was all ready on holiday it was out with in the 36 hours I got my results because Royal Mail tried to deliver it and there was no one in to collect the parcel payed £52 for nothing
