I contacted customer care with a query on a fit to fly test, the response was super quick with a full explanation, excellent experience for me. UPDATE ON SERVICE RECEIVED: Followed the instructions as received, uploaded around 6pm and result was received at 2:30am which was great. Excellent all round experience for me.

I am disappointed that we still have to buy these tests when no one asked to see it in Spain, its no longer needed but you continue to sell them. The government website says its a requirement and its not, just another con to get money

Absolutely appalled by this, I ordered tests for my partner and I, we both uploaded the picture as requested. Mine kept advising the picture couldn't be verified, to then tell me I'd taken too many pictures fort the test, despite the system advising to try again! I rang continuously between 9am - noon (Saturday), there was no answer and the phone cut off after 45 minutes. I emailed the company and I have received no response. I fly tomorrow, so have had to now pay additional money to ensure I have the results in time to fly. What an absoluter joke of customer service!

The kit did take a while to be delivered to Lloyds pharmacy but there were no problems with the test itself. Good service.....response and certificate arrived 15minutes onto my mobile after completing the Covid19 Fit to Fly test the day before flying to Spain the next morning.

Ordered test. Got results but QR code on certificate for flying gives no result - just an error message saying test results not ready - this is well after the test.

I urgently needed a PCR test for travel insurance purposes as we had to cancel our holiday due to contracting Covid. The swiftness of action and efficient communications that I received were fantastic; they helped enormously in a very stressful situation!

Please use drop-down boxes for entering Date of Birth - we are both 75, so getting back to 1947 involves 900 side swipes on the calendar for each of us. Otherwise worked well.

I ordered and completed a PCR test on the 29th, have yet to have results, don’t use, no contact number for PCR tests either

I did this test as a test of the service before risking my holiday which requires a 24hr pre flight covid test. The results came back with the fit to fly certificate after 50 mins, it was a saturday. Highly recommend.

Had to cancel a flight to Spain via Ryanair owing to PCR test result not sent back to me within 72 hour rule. up till 4pm Saturday 10th. flight £270+£62test. Purchased the test from Boots, did test 10am Thur. 8th. Owing to post strike took test to 24 hour delivery by DHL depot at 11am. tracker showed arrived Fri 9th by midday to 40 Rutherford House Mancs. sent enquiry email and reply Sat. 10th. said not received test kit to process. rang on morning day of flight on 10th. Lady said box was delivered to wrong myheathchecked office. should have gone to their other address around the corner ?. plastic bag tests are returned by royal mail to another office nearby. Why in gods name did not some one take my test to their laboratory, if nearby. Have not had any reply from my email to them proving DHL did deliver on time. even if taken in at parcel address should have made no difference. This company is indifferent to customer service. Am getting advice from my solicitor.

Very easy and the service provided was brilliant. Only downfall was them using Evri as a courier.

A simple process to order and take the antigen test and upload within 24 hours before departure time. All my anxiety over getting results in time were allayed - result was certified and documentation available after half an hour. Thank you for your prompt service. Would use again with no reservation.

Don’t use the service at all cost. Day 5 and still waiting for results to come. According to the customer service they didn’t receive the kit. 30 min later apparently they found it and processing. Don’t take any responsibility for delayed service and poor business continuity management by passing all the blame on Royal Post strike.
