I tried to enter my date of birth assuming I could scroll back by YEAR. However, I could only scroll back MONTH BY MONTH. As I was born in 1948 you can imagine how laborious this was! Did I miss a quicker way to register my dob?

Excellent service. Very helpful customer service representative who spent time helping me understand the different fit-to-fly requirements and select a suitable test for my journey. The test itself arrived on time with clear instructions, and we had the travel certificates emailed to us within 5-10 minutes of uploading the test.

Fast cost effective service. The only reason I didn’t score 5* is due to not receiving my confirmation email with booking code therefore I had to make a call but this was resolved quickly by the call handler. I would use MyHealthChecked again

Great end to end experience. I really wasn't pleased having to jump through so many ridiculous hoops, just to get into France, but this process made it a lot better. Very reasonably priced tests (I bought a back up from Lloyds, in case I made a mess of the first one - which in the end I didn't as the instructions were foolproof) which I picked up from my local Lloyds within 48 hours. Instructions for the test, and the portal, were crystal clear When the time came to do it, 48 hours before departure, it took precisely 27 minutes to do the test / submit the results from my smartphone / and receive the confirmation and formal certificate. Absolutely blinding service, and even though I'm totally unimpressed that a lot of Govt cronies are making a stack of money out of the overall scam, fair play to this company for providing such a superb service to help us start travelling again, without being injected. Thanks chaps :-)

I purchased two (just incase one went wrong) Antigen tests ready for my Son's school trip on 8th June 2022. He carried out the test this morning using my phone to log in and it could not have been any easier. I highly recommend MyHealth Checked. The customer service was extremely quick to reply and rectify a problem when I initially purchased, as input the incorrect email address! Also, my Son carried out the test just short of 8pm. We waited the 15 minutes for results to show and then scanned/submitted the photo as per the online instructions.The result were back with us by 8.28am!!! Faultless company and a fantastic service.
