Absolutely awful. Took three tests for the whole family, tried to upload images of tests as requested but kept getting failure to upload prompts. Tried the phone line (during hours) and although it tells you the opening hours it then says they're closed for training. Tried the email service but that was no good. Extremely stressful and had to rush out to find an over the counter service for fit-to-fly testing. Wouldn't use again. Trying to get a refund.

Very quick and efficient service. I had a technical issue sending the photograph of my completed test. However, I called and spoke to Denise B. She talked me through everything requested details of my phone and browser in order that their IT team could look into the problem as well as personally dealing with submitting the photograph of my completed. You can never really know how good something is until you have an issue and Denise dealt with and resolved my issue with a successful resolution very professionally.
