Results back within 48 hours, was flying 2 days later

Simple and straightforward got my results within 2 hours thanks….

We done a fit to fly at home lateral flow test and received cert within 10 mins. Amazing service. I had called and spoke to a lady called Toni the day before who was super helpful answered all my queries and worries.

I was really apprehensive about using this process but can assure anyone thinking about purchasing this 'Fit to Fly' service not to hesitate. Easy to follow instructions, including taking the photograph, meant that I had my certificate within a few hours of taking my test and put my mind completely at ease. Entering date of birth on app very clumsy, the only way we could find to do it was scrolling back a month at a time! A lot of months when you are 70!

Absolutely awful, can’t get into contact. The 48 hour service wasn’t met (even though it was paid for). Money wasted. Unreliable.

Absolutely shocking service. Interested in the money, not the customer!. Sent two tests in day early due to mail strikes. We emailed to say this also. They then send a certificate fit to fly at 28 minutes to midnight making the test invalid £117 down the drain. Customer service is appalling when they do reply and it's the same person on every email address (Toni) asked for complaints was told to contact normal email. Jokers
