We needed to take a LFT 24 hours before our cruise. It was a very easy process and straightforward. We took the tests and received our results within 4 hours

Process was simple enough. Log on and set up an account which takes a few minutes. Use the unique code to initiate the actual test process. Then it’s a pretty standard LFT, wait for the results and then use your phone or iPad to upload a photo of the test result. We did ours at 8.00am on a Saturday morning and got the required fit to fly, or in our case, fit to cruise certificate at 11.00 am.

Very easy and quick process

Ordered 2 tests, both arrived. The 2nd test needs to be activated, so we can all go on holiday, website not overly clear to use. Tried to call- Unexpectedly busy!. Experiencing technical difficulties!. So they can’t answer you call. Email and they say they will get back to you. Still waiting! (they did get back to me the following day) They did fix the problem.
