I cannot fault the service we received from Greener Energy, all the staff couldn't do enough to help you. They were very professional and guided us through the whole process, especially when it came to the nightmare that is home energy scotland's grant and loan application process!! The installation team were friendly, polite and efficient. Our panels were installed in a day and our air source 2 days. Our new system works great, we are very pleased we took the plunge and decided to go to air source and add extra panels. I would highly recommend Greener Energy to anyone thinking of changing or adding to their system.

He even remembered to check two small valves had been switched back on - if he hadn't, the system wouldn't have worked. Great customer service!

All information was to hand and they simply made their job look easy. The install team are superb too. If you are looking to get an install done, seriously don't look anywhere else, these are fantastic!

Leak was fixed and everything was explained clearly and concisely. Martin also went out his way to check all settings on the system and gave some really valuable advice. Fantastic quality service.

Everything is explained clearly and concisely. Martin also went out his way to add a couple of improvements like an extra in-line filter and a top-up point outside so he could top up my Glycol without dragging a big trolley through my house. Overall, a top quality service.

United Kingdom | 14 November 2023In January 2023 we installed solar panels, storage battery and charger for the electric car. The problems were chained with them: they didn't show me all the possibilities I could have, so I didn't make the best decision. The installers were very comfortable and even though I presented them with solutions where they could put the connection cables, because it would have been 5 minutes of extra work and probably 2 extra holes to drill, they told me that they couldn't do that, so they left my cables on the wall, exposed, even though I told them I wasn't the happiest with this solution. They also installed my electric car charger. And because they didn't measure properly and didn't even ask me if I agreed, they put a black plastic tube on my outside wall. This is to be able to pull the wires to the right height for the charger. When it was best if they measured exactly and drilled the hole exactly where the charger is mounted. For more than a week I have been contacting them and asking them for a certificate for the electric car charger. Certificate they should have issued when installing the charger, but they didn't. I contacted them by phone and email to resolve this situation, and for a week the responsibility has been passed from one to the other. The colleague who is in charge is on vacation, or he is out of office, the system is not working.... And look, every day they have an excuse. Be very well informed before talking to them or better not trust them. Until you transfer the money to their account, they all say that they are working for you, then you find out that there were a lot of things that they did not do, nor do they inform you that they should be done.

I had a small blockage which Martin fixed very quickly, he explained why the blockage occurred. He was very passionate and technically sound. It was a breath of fresh air, credit where credits due.

United Kingdom | 25 October 2023I signed up for hybrid heat pump and solar panels and I paid a deposit. The sales emphasis was on the compatibility of the two and the extra savings thereby. Was promised refund of deposit if installation didn't happen. Funding fell through for heat pump, only half deposit returned. Despite having never mentioned it as an option I was now supposed to just install the panels or lose half deposit. They seem desperate to get my £500 and have resorted to all sorts of contortions to justify it. An example of their correspondence: "It’s not about the surveyor admitting he never said it was separate, why would you buy something with the intentions of it not going ahead. " I'm still not sure what that means. If you're thinking of paying a deposit to this company ask yourself if you know the conditions and whether you trust a company that are willing to risk their reputation over £500? I've just seen GEG reply and not unexpectedly it avoids the issue. Not once during the sale did GEG suggest that solar panels might be installed on their own, it was all about the complete installation. They emphasised the increased savings, the access to more funding. That they won't admit this in order to keep £500 just shows them to be petty and dishonest.

United Kingdom | 17 October 2023I have just read through the one star reviews and there does seem to be a pattern emerging with this company, once they have your money they are not really interested in the after sales element ot the work. Pity, because the installation and the team carrying out the work were first class and the product and its functioning are also brilliant. Getting them to follow up less than good. I phoned three times to book a service, `we'll get back to you` - they didn't. On one call the operator inadvertently let slip, it was too far for them to go. It wasn't too far when they accepted the job and took my money. When I eventually got them to commit to coming out they demanded payment in advance, when I queried this he said it was company policy. Well it ain't mine. The after-sales is really letting down a good product and the team who installed it, what a pity. I have now gone to the manufacturer, who have agreed that they will come and service my heating system.

He was friendly professional and not pushy. The communication with our office staff was great Dempsey helped keep us on track, Rebecca in after sales was incredibly helpful. Our installation encountered a slight hiccup when the electrician accidentally drilled through a pipe which wasnt detected but the team acted swiftly and professionally to get this fixed going above and beyond to clean up and getting a slight bubbling of the paintwork repaired. Sometimes its not the incident itself you remember a company for but how they remedied it and they were really good. I would you be delighted to recommend Greener Energy Group their professionalism and friendly staff made the experience with then top notch
