We purchased a combination of solar panels, battery and air source heating from Greener Energy Group with radiators tailored to the range of room sizes. We are still learning how to use the system but are already enjoying the greatly improved levels of warmth in the house. We intend getting a Nest system so that we can control the system from our phones, as the radiators take some time to heat up. The salesperson was very thorough in his appraisal of the benefits/ costs of the system we subsequently had installed. Communication with the office staff was cordial and helpful - particularly relating to the details of applying for grants and loans. We probably would not have completed the application forms correctly on our own. There were some minor hiccups during the installation but the personnel who carried out the work were all efficient helpful and friendly. We would certainly be happy to recommend Greener Energy Group to anyone contemplating installing a new heating system.

Hybrid heating system installed summer 2023, istallation went well, guys done a great job. After sale service leaves a lot to be desired. Called/emailed several times to get some information on boiler settings, still waiting for a call back. Pre installation I recieved a call from them every week eager to help with my grant application so that they could get money. So be warned not very good customer relations.

The whole experience was excellent. The workmen were so incredibly efficient, both the plumbers and the electricians, that they finished a day earlier than we were expecting! A fantastic job and we are really enjoying the result. We would recommend Greener Energy Group to anyone.

Air source heat pump just serviced by Martin Lobjoie who came on time and helped iron out a few issues for us in addition to completing a thorough service plus fixing a longstanding leak! Very professional and extremely helpful.

At every phase of the process the communication from Greener Energy Group was excellent. Within an hour of me submitting an online enquiry I had a call to organise an initial survey for the next day. As an engineer I had done my research and knew roughly what I wanted and Billy was able to advise on the best components and explain how the system worked and its benefits to my wife. At no point did Billy try to sell us anything, he just answered our questions and provided information. Based on his approach and transparency we decided to go ahead with the system and even got a free EV charger. The real fun started when I applied for grants and funding from HES. The Greener Energy finance team were excellent at walking me through the process, forms and documents required and when my application got delayed, due to HES changing application criteria, Chloe kept in contact every week or so to reassure me that everything was on track and ready to go at Greener Energy. My drawdown funds were approved over Christmas and Chloe called the first week of January to arrange the install for the following week. Every tradesperson involved in the install was polite, friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. Scaffolding went up the day before the install and was removed by noon the day after. On install day the roofers got started early and the electricians were close behind. Jack was brilliant at explaining how the electrics were connected, shutdown procedures, and inverter settings. He got me setup on the monitoring App too. The post-install team have been great at checking up on how the system is performing and in providing all final documentation quickly and arranging the EPC survey, so that I can apply for remaining funds from HES. The App can get addictive and it is quite surprising to see just how much energy solar can generate (even in Glasgow during January!) Having the battery to store it and cheaper energy from the grid overnight will have a huge impact on my bills. The system has also enabled me to order a new Honda EV having done the calculations on monthly cost of ownership vs my current petrol car. So overall I am delighted with the system and its benefits and have shared this with friends and family along with my recommendation to use Greener Energy Group.

The initial sales and purchasing procedures rated 5* from me. 4* at the end only because of 1) a couple of small installation hiccups which have been sorted out and 2) because I had to keep on saying that as a pensioner customer I want ONE source of contact only and not a different person from each department calling or emailing me. I cannot remember all their names and I find it very confusing (never thought I’d reach this stage in life but hey ho!!). I want ONE Project Manager who coordinates everything, talks to their colleagues, gathers all the information/invoices/documentation and then communicates with me. It may be easier for the Company to do it by department, but it is not best service for me, the customer. If you had implemented a Project Manager system, I’d have given you the extra star! If you’d given me Debbie as a PM I’d have given you 6* if possible!!

Well, you have a great guy working for you, Martin Lobjoie. He came late December time sorted our problem with our EPH Controls which weren't working. He goes well beyond what he he needs to do to make sure everything which should be working properly is working properly. Thanks Martin.

Today I had a visit from Martin Lobjoie, service engineer. I had no heating or hot water from my ASHP. This is the first issue I have had since installation 4 years ago. Martin not only fixed my problems but took the time to explain what was happening. I need a couple of new parts which require an electrician and will hopefully be done this week. In the meantime I am lovely and warm again. I am also impressed with how quick the company addressed the issue. Changing from storage heating to ASHP has made a huge difference to my wellbeing and property. I am also saving money despite the rise in electricity.

Plumbing team (Steve and Colin) fitted our ASHP, new tank and new radiators. They were very efficient leaving everything clean and tidy. Everything worked well straight away. We also had a battery and additional inverter fitted. It became obvious that the new equipment wasn't properly integrated with our existing solar panels and EV charger. Also the App made no sense whatsoever. After several weeks, electricians Stephen and Conor were tasked with fixing things and have done a great job. It took more work than expected but they tackled it with a good grace, spending time to make sure that all was in order with the hardware. Stephen liaised with Solis and eventually managed to get them to sort out the App. Full marks to him for sticking with a non-standard installation and resolving our problems.

Martin Lobjoie was out today to carry out the first service on my ASHP. Martin was friendly and informative. He took the time to talk me through what he was doing and tell me why he was doing what he was doing. It was clear from Martin's attitude and they way he went about the service, that he took pride in his job and wanted to do a thorough service, with no cut corners.

Really happy I chose Greener Energy Group for good quality service, installers and office staff. There has been some teething problems with the Heat Pump but I cannot fault their after installation care team.

Very disappointed with this company after reading several positive reviews for the Perthshire area. I am trying to get someone to service my ASHP but after several phone calls to an answer machine which says as a valued customer someone will call me back, after a week it has not happened, I also filled in the service request online form on there website and got an email saying they would be in touch very soon, it also after one week has never happened. Just out of curiosity I called them to ask about solar panels and got a reply within 5 minutes. Unfortunately it seems servicing is of low importance when there is big bucks to be made with installations, will try someone else.

Martin Lobjoie carried out the annual service to our heating today. Martin is very professional and competent and takes great pride in his work. He answered any questions I had and tweeked the system to my specifications so that heating times fit in with home/work schedules. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars.
