Many thanks to Munro Grierson who came out to see our house last week. He comprehensivly explained the potential options, was very patient with us and brilliant at answering all of our many questions. He explained the next steps re the funding process and gave us detailed written information and calculations at the meeting. A professional company who genuinely wants to achieve the best outcome for their clients. A very satisfactory outcome.

Very very impressed with Stephen Reilly who visited us today. We really did not have a clue what to choose regarding new heating. Stephen explained everything in a simple way so that it enabled us to make decisions best for us. He obviously knows his subject as he answered all the questions I had. He did this in a relaxed, friendly and courteous manner which put us at ease. We are hopefully deciding to forward once I have discussed with my family, the only thing is we are pensioners and have limited income, so we might go for the 2 year interest free option, but the amount quoted is a bit too much for us at the present. If you can reconsider to a lower amount it would be appreciated. God bless Stephen for his kindness and support and caring attitude, he is an asset to your company.

The rep who called wanted to input cost figures for my current tariff that I fixed 3 yrs ago. I wanted him to use realistic figures for savings based on what I am likely to be paying when my deal ends soon. Can't do that, you have to sign and it is independently verified. Classic case of 'computer says' and no practical common sense. Sadly that was the end of the visit.

Had Greener out to install a full heating system. The process was fantastic from start to finish, particularly the surveyor who came to the house to explain how it all worked. Was patient and knowledgeable as I had a million questions! On the installation day the team were friendly and even hoovered up after themselves! Can’t wait to see the benefits- Would highly recommend!

While the person that came to the house was a nice polite young guy, he wasn’t a technical professional instead a salesman The advise he gave wasn’t correct and ultimately was saying what he felt may get a sale. Despite the initial upfront costs being reasonable, the reality is that the cost is extortionate compared with going with your energy provider. The install and material cost almost 3x what Ovo offer for a lesser product. In my opinion not to be dealt with - not a scam but so ridiculously expensive it’s not a ethical company

Had my heat source air pump and gas boiler serviced today. Martin went above and beyond. As well as servicing the boiler, he cleaned the external fan. The box, housing my gas meter fell off the wall as he was inspecting it. He kindly fixed it back on. I initially thought £235 was a bit pricey for a service, however Martin (Lobjoie) was there for over an hour. As far as I'm concerned, it was good value for money.

Honest, Straightforward and Efficient. Originally we were intending to install a hybrid heat pump at a significantly higher cost. Following detailed surveys Greener Energy advised that this would not be possible given the layout and size of our property. This resulted in a much smaller contract for them yet they continued to design, install and follow up with great efficiency. Installation team were fantastic over the two days. A minor hiccup occurred following installation, this was addressed immediately upon reporting. Happy to recommend Greener Energy without hesitation.

We’ve had an air source pump for 3 years now, still delighted with it. First quotation, installation, and service has been excellent. We’ve had the same service engineer, Martin, who’s just completed our 3rd service and he is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He’s a great ambassador for your company.

Had my heat pump for over 3 yrs now, bought from and fitted by Greener Energy Group. Had the same engineer for at least couple of years Martin Lobjoie who comes to service my heat pump. Very professional and timely service. Answers any questions you have clearly and in layman’s terms. Very happy with the service provided.

Service on our heat pump was excellent as usual. Good advice given for running temperatures to get best out of the system. We are very happy with our heat pump. Took a while to get into the systems working but has saved us on electricity & have never felt cold. Pleased we changed from our old oil boiler.

Ridiculously overpriced con artists. Tried to mis-sell me a hybrid heat pump system that demonstrably wouldn't work and made various false statements and claims during the process. Their salesmen are just that - not engineers - not a clue about the systems and products they are selling you and when you ask them basic questions they guess the answer and usually get it wrong. To top it all off they are several thousands pounds more expensive than the rest of the market and have the cheek to offer a £500 discount on a hugely inflated quote. Avoid like the plague.

Great service from their engineer Martin, who knew his stuff. He was very informative about the air source heating system that his company put in . Also a very tidy job leaving no mess to clear up. Have spoken to him when their has been an issue that I was unsure about and his knowledge talked me through it on the phone to solve it.

Please Don't not install a Hybrid Heat Pumps , Which can be easy to install but don't not give you any DHW. Any new installation/upgrade which is only do half the job is not a good job according to me. Greenerenergygroup should be make the consumer aware of what the home onwer is getting for what they pay prior to the installation Date. It should not be a last min suprises saying like --> Your Heat pump can't produce DHW directly on the Installation date after lifting carpets cutting water pumps to the Hot water tank. Really a bad experience with this in complete. Even have Vallant not responded properly with any support for linking with DHW tank with Heat Pump.
