The solar panels were installed within only a few weeks of the order. The workmen were courteous and had completed the task after only about two and a half hours. They left no mess behind and the instalment has worked perfectly from the first moment.

We have had a hybrid Air Source Heatpump system installed. The Greener Energy Group have been professional and helpful throughout the process, from first contact through applying for a grant, installation and commissioning. The system is up and running now: I would definitely recommend this company.

Its a lengthy process for sure getting funding for a ASHP as part of a hybrid (combi boiler) system. Then we had a pandemic to deal with playing havoc with installation arrangements. I have to say though all staff from the Greener Energy Group were very helpful and professional throughout the process. This includes the staff in the office, the surveyors and the heating engineers and the electrician. Communication and advice was consistent and regular and my knowledge of the system has certainly increased. I thank them for their patience and attention. Would I recommend them? I already have. We used Greener Energy Group (GEG) for solar PV only. From sales to technical it was all very professional and casual at the same time. The electricians sent were very proficient and were able to answer my technical questions and did as asked when fitting the inverter in the location specified. We paid for the installation using the interest free loan from Home Energy Scotland (HES). Now, this was a pain, no fault of GEG, the installation was finished in September 2021 and we only got the rest of the funding from HES this week ( week beginning 14th March 22). The accounts team would call once a week looking for an update for payment (and rightly so). We were upfront with GEG regarding how we would be paying for the panels. We felt embarrassed that HES were taking so long, but GEG ensured us they understood the situation and we didn’t feel hounded for money. GEG’s installation manager Martin was very quick to getting us invoices, certificates that HES were looking for to process the funding. So despite the length of time it took to get funding and actually pay for the installation, I feel it hasn’t sullied our relationship with GEG. Will be back for battery storage!

Very happy with the New air source system.the house is super warm.the installing team were efficient fast and very helpful in explaining the system to us.two radiators are still to be fitted as they never arrived in time.but still have the old ones working at the moment.all in all delighted.with the greener energy group.

Our initial installation date was delayed by 3 weeks but we were offered some support to see us through that time as there was a chance we might run out of heating oil. When the team did arrive, they were friendly, professional and efficient, getting everything installed and working in 3 days.

Your engineer was prompt, efficient, tidy and clean and completed the service with the minimum of disruption. Despite his apparent youth, he appeared to be knowledgable and competent at his work.

Just completed the install and all good for now…lads that did the work had some challenges with getting under the floor but just got on with it! Time will tell how the system works/performs but so far Greener have done what they promised.

The team were excellent, from the surveyor to the installers, to the customer service, everyone treated us professionally and with courtesy. I’d definitely recommend them to those who’re thinking about solar pv.

Can fault Greener Energy Group to date. From sales, accounts, office support staff and the installation team all played an important role in getting my system designed, installed and operational in a short time frame, even when the two plumbers came down with COVID during the install. If their future after sales support is going to be as good, then I would thoroughly recommend them.

The installation team were excellent. Friendly, professional, considerate and committed to keeping us well informed every step of the way. We did have a couple of minor teething problems but these were acted upon by senior staff personally and resolved very promptly. The office/finance team were also very helpful.
