We needed to change our central heating,we chose to go green and install an air source heat pump. The Greenerenergy group were our installer of choice, after the initial survey a date was booked for the installation. The team arrived and in no time the old system was removed and the new system installed. We have a large 4bed bungalow that is now lovely and warm and economically heated. OK, so there were a few issues a long the way but they were rectified and i can now say that we made a good choice. Thanks guys for all your effort.

Good service turned up when they said they would . All workmen very nice and friendly and very willing to take time to answer any questions. Very tide no mess to clean up behind them

Roofers were very efficient and quick. Electrician was very knowledgeable solar panels and battery pack fitted in 1 day

The guys who did the work were personable and seemed efficient. The finished product seems very effective but I need to get to grips with the thermostat settings as it seems to use a lot of power on a daily basis.

Just a couple of ‘running repairs’ were needed for our new Air Source Heat Pump system. A connection needing tightening to the pump and pipes and a check on the water pressure to a toilet that seemed to have been affected. Within a day of my call to the office Dan the plumber arrived and sorted things out. One phone call, an immediate visit and half an hour later everything is sorted (fingers crossed!). I call that great, responsive customer care. Thanks again Greener Energy.

The service engineer arrived when he said and resolved our problem. Just a mention for Ainsley who arranged the service appointment and has been most helpful when we have had an issue with system or have been unsure about something.

First service following installation from Richard who was thorough, informative and very helpful in going over the system operations. Excellent. The service and support from Greener Energy is reassuring.

I selected Greener Energy after internet searching revealed their useful website and also it turned out to be a local firm. A quick response to the initial enquiry followed a path from feasibility to detailed specifications and an estimate. In tandem with this, as we needed an EPC, they arranged for an independent surveyor after which it transpired we would be eligible for a Domestic RHI grant. This was pleasing as our property is an old stone-built farmhouse so has inherent problems in building materials and so on. Installation was carried out by very hard-working trades people who took time out to answer questions as it progressed and explain the various procedures. It finished on schedule (and it wasn't the easiest of jobs given the nature of the building) and then to finish the ever helpful office staff ensured that the necessary forms for the RHI application were completed satisfactorily. All in all a good outcome for us - thank you Greener Energy

I had an annual service booked and I received a telephone call the day prior to confirm the time of engineer's visit. I was then asked to pay for the service in full. After some discussion I was still unable understand that there was any acceptable reason to pay for a service in advance and therefore cancelled the appointment. I had satisfactory dealings with this company over the last six years and I am disappointed to have had this experience with them. How can you be expected to pay for a service that has not been carried out and unforeseen circumstances may prevent this happening?

Solar panel Installation The initial survey and estimate were completed within about an hour. Once agreed the installation was planned the following week. The solar panel team arrived on time and immediately set about the installation. The panels were on the roof within 2 hours and they were connected to the electrical wiring 15 minutes later. A first class effort, efficient and courteous throughout. It is too early to say if the benefits have been delivered but this is the second purchase from the Greener Energy Group. Two years ago an Air Sourced Heat Pump was installed and it was one of the best investment we have made. Compared to our previous storage radiators and panel heaters we have saved thousands of units of electricity and we have a much warmer house than we ever had before. The whole process of installing Solar Panels has gone a lot smoother than I thought. From initial contact and survey(Craig), placing my order and planning installation (Martin), to installation was very professional, answering all my questions and keeping me informed on progress. The installation by Paul and his team,(roofers) and Barrie and his mate (electrical) was done very well, quickly, quietly and very efficiently. A friendly team and I cannot praise their professionalism enough. leaving my property spotless once all the work was done. Thank you all very much.

The appointment was arranged early plenty time to fix schedules around,As usual staff all very friendly and efficient ,Engineer on time annual service all done great job.

Service to ASHP completed efficiently, engineer was very helpful with explanation of the controls. Great knowledge of Grants ASHPs.

We had an air heat pump installed and the whole process was very straightforward, from the initial survey through installation to the sign-off we felt in safe hands. The installation was not straightforward due to some peculiarities of our house but the installation team were brilliant, explained the problems and discussed alternative approaches with us at every stage. Experience was so good we have asked GreenerEnergy to fit solar panels for us.

Engineer did a good job in servicing my heat pump. However £235.00 is a bit over the top for 30 minutes work !!!!!

Just had my annual service completed today by service engineer Scott Russell. Did an excellent job and provided some useful and helpful tips with some of our issues. Very professional. Great that the company have such quality staff at the sharp end of their business, dealing directly with the customers
