Right so I received order confirmation for an item I never purchased. So I immediately contacted and responded to the order confirmation and stated to cancel the order to which I never authorised or agreed. Now I contacted and then never received a response to that email and then contacted again stating I never entered the raffle I apparently won. Now I responded to that email and yet again received no response to that email. Then I told them that I entered other raffles but not racist Kanye west who names his shoes after my religions Blessed angels Israfil and kyanite. So not only that but the size of the shoes I received are way way to small for me considering I am uk10.5 anyway I told them this and kept getting ignored until I finally reconnect within this week now I messaged them and they responded finally on the chat to which I stated I require a return label giving there raffle terms are illegal and breach the cooling off period of 14 days for e-commerce goods and giving that there is no way to try on items a return period may be compulsory. Now this tos is relatively new as when i knew people who have returned items raffle orders and received required and requested refunds. Now after cooperating trying to return the item I have opened a case with trading standards for the illegal tos against footshop and I have also opened a bank case and BBW case to which my bank will refund the money and after which point I will no longer have to return the shoes considering i offered to return them. And never got anything. So please people avoid this illegal company which are breaking eu trading law and uk law and if footshop do happen to see this I expect a return dhl label as promised. And also not only did the box come damaged to where I had to try and unmangle it but the size is not my size at all and like I have said they are denying the right to cancel literally within 24 hours and less after confirmation I told them don’t ship them and I tried to deny delivery but yet still received them on my door step not only that dhl imposed customs 2 months late to where they admit that was there fault and they have stated that they will supply a return label if footshop will aid them with there dhl account number. They have already tried to hide this completely honest in depth review. However the fact they did just shows there bad business practices. I will always continue to post the truth that’s why my reviews are in depth also I want and do help as many people get there money back. But finally being the bigger person I decided to not make the title so harsh even though it was totally truthful

I ordered two pairs of sneakers and returned them as they did not fit. I was informed by DHL that they reached the German storage. But as I didn’t receive my money I called the customer service and they told me that the packages did not reach their Czech storage and are waiting for the Czech post to verify. This was two months ago. I still have not received any money back, not for the shoes nor for the post charges refund. I called the customer service many times and send a lot of emails, but in the end... I am still waiting. PS: update: I am not even reaching anyone by phone. The phone numbers are not working anymore?!

Habe wie mir vorgegeben meine Bestellung #2843518 verweigert. Lt. Sendungsverfolgung ist es am 7.April schon bei footshop angekommen. Seitdem keine Rückmeldung nach div. Anfrage was nun mit der Bestellung ist. Werde total ignoriert vom Kundenservice. Habe nun die erste Mahnung von Klarna erhalten, die ich nicht bezahlen werde. Verlange, dass die Zahlung sofort storniert wird und, dass ich mal eine Antwort bekomme. Werde da nie wieder bestellen. Seite sieht professionell aus, arbeiten tun aber nur Amateure. super nervig und vorher bei keinem anderen shop erlebt.

Nie wieder Footshop. Zuerst soll man die Retourekosten selber tragen. Man liefert alle Angaben und nun weigert sich der Kundendienst die Kosten (5,00€) zu erstatten! Erst macht ihr es richtig komplitziert und aufwendig, dann betrügt ihr am Ende? Ihr habt einen Kunden verloren. Es gibt genug Onlineshops...Hier als Nachweis meine Bestellungsnr. 3112306

Habe mir Schuhe von Vans bestellt die ich leider nirgends zum kaufen gefunden habe. Die Schuhe kamen nach einer Woche bei mir an und sind in einem top Zustand. Erst hatte ich Angst dass es sich hierbei um Fake Ware handelt aber nach einer Recherche im Internet hat sich bestätigt dass die Schuhe echt sind. Zu den negativen Bewertungen kann ich nichts sagen da ich meinen Artikel nicht retourniere. Ich würde daher empfehlen die Ware per Klarna oder Paypal zu bezahlen (Käuferschutz erspart Ärger)

No refund after self-paid return I sent a T-shirt back (paid for myself) because it was too big and I ordered the same shirt from Footshop one size smaller. After repeated contact with the support staff, no response was received and no refund or other courtesy on the part of Footshop. I will never order anything from this shop again. [Update] Got an email from customer support that my return can’t be located and I should contact DHL for assistance. Customer support below 0 and no alternative proposal. Congrats to loosing one customer.

Also ich war auch sehr skeptisch weil dieser Shop schon doch sehr gute Preise hat. Ich habe es gewagt und einen Underaurmor Laufschuh bestellt, das selbe Modell was ich schon in einer anderen Farbe Original direkt vom Shop von Underaurmor bestellt hatte. Die Ware kam an und es ist absolut zu 100% original. Bitte bedenkt beim bestellen falls die Schuhe von einem anderen Lager kommen sollten dass der Versand etwas länger dauert jedoch war dies gar kein Problem für mich.

Ich habe Schuhe auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet und seitdem keine Reaktion vom Customer Service. Habe per Klarna bezahlt - jetzt erhalte ich eine Mahnung nach der anderen und keine Reaktion vom Shop! Sobald eine Retour anfällt wird es scheinbar stressig. Dieser Shop ist ganz klar nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

Do not dream of buying from this sham of a store. The sent the wrong size shoes on badly damaged packaging that took two weeks to arrive. They then informed me that I would need to return at my own expense to CZECH REPUBLIC!!!! To receive a refund. Avoid at all costs, as they will definitely get your order wrong, be very unhelpful and frustrating, then you’ll be out of pocket just for trying to get your money back!

Bought a pair of trainers, and they arrived 8 days later in UK as described, no problems. The orders are made using US sizing, that’s pretty clearly stated, but best read carefully before ordering. Feels only right to share my experience to give fairer impression. Thanks

Very poor customer experience! I’ve ordered sneakers 37 in size and got 36 and their website is converting on their own to US sizes AFTER you place a payment (btw I’m in EU and chosen the size in EUR). They didn’t take any acknowledge for its mistake and it seems I will have to lose my valuable time returning the package at my own cost which is at least 20 eur - unbelievable! Not to mention I’m the best customer to gain, loyal and always referring great e-shops. I was so happy to find this shop and now so disappointed. Btw, I only wanted the sneakers in my correct size but instead I got cold shower and very slow response from customer support.

i would to know after how many days i can apply for the refund, because i can‘t wait 1or 2month if you just dont receive the product from nike. I wrote a email to you but still no anwser. Pleaase answer me as soon as possible. I have to Confirm it if you dont send me the shoes after how many day i can get the refund, cause you already took the money

versuche seit 2 tagen vergeblich jemanden zu erreichen. Telefon ist off, Live Chat ist offline. email antwortet keiner. man muss die retoure selbst bezahlen. sehr sehr unprofessional! danke für nichts footshop. werde hier nicht mehr bestellen! Currently unavailable!! Hahaaaaaa what a coincidence!!! On the starting page is nothing to see. In the link wich you send, yes. But in the ratings you can see that is not a Problem till monday. You have no good customer service. That’s a fact!

Schade, das ich mir die Bewertungen nicht vorher angesehen habe. Kann die schlechten Erfahrungen nur teilen. Schuhe auf eigene Kosten nach Prag geschickt. Dann wird mir das nicht geglaubt, und ein Inkassounternehmen zum Eintreiben des Geldes beauftragt. Nie wieder...hab den Rechtsanwalt beauftragt. Tut euch das nicht an!!!!

Hallo ihr lieben Nach DHL habe ich meine schuhe am 14.april erhalten . Ich habe bis heute die Schuhe nicht erhalten das habe ich gemeldet und habe bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung bekommen.Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich da noch vorgehen kann.?
