Entered Yeezy Slides Raffle, wrote my name on paper because “raffle app is not working”. “We will write your name in the app” they said, I phoned the store 6-7 times after 2 days to check the raffle application and they never responded and also no reply on email nor Instagram. I called another number to find out my name wasn’t introduced into the app….They kept redirecting me to one another.

Becareful when entering a raffle if you live in the Uk, you have to pay a hefty amount of tax to recieve the item itself plus you had already payed shipping fees, so it’s more worth to just purchase on a resell market for the shoes tbh. Only worth entering if the hype shoes are worth £90 more resell than original price honestly.

Am 28.2.2021 bestellt. Da beide Artikel nicht richtig passten am 23.3.2021 zurückgesendet an die angegebene Adresse. Am 31.3.2021 laut Sendungsverfolgung zugestellt. Da am 14.4.2021 das Geld immer noch nicht Rückerstattet wurde, habe ich den Shop kontaktiert. Dieser behauptet, dass sie die Sendung nicht erhalten haben und ignoriert seither die E-Mails. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Edit: Money received after roughly 6 weeks. Too far back to remember if I put my handwritten sheet with the order number in (I believe so). In any case you could have read my name on the original parcel post sticker. I used the email adress you provided. I recommend you to keep your emails checked for everything to work smoothly in the future. :)

This was (and still is) an extremely dissapointing shopping experience. Footshop managed to send a completely wrong pair of shoes, which we immediatelly sent back to them; we are yet to receive an actual refund for both the shipping costs and the shoes, despite them arriving to FS about a month ago. Unprofessional customer service who have, so far, only managed to led us to believe that they "will send the money today", with that actually never happening. N.B.: Having read the other recent reviews, this appears to be a common recurring trend.

Hallo, Ich habe vor 2 Monaten, 3 Paar Schuhe bestellt. Nach 12 Tagen habe ich sie erhalten, habe sie anprobiert jedoch gefiel mir keins von denen. Somit habe ich mich dazu entschlossen die 3 Paare zurückzuschicken. Gesagt getan Kontakt aufgenommen ging ziemlich schnell mir wurde mitgeteilt wie und wohin. Wirklich keine Ahnung was da los ist aber aufeinmal schreibt der Kundensupport nur noch sporadisch. Nach 5 Emails und Drohung mit meinem Anwalt erhielt ich eine Nachricht das Sie die Post angeschrieben haben um das zu reklamieren mehr weis ich auch nicht wurde mir nichts erläutert was genau passiert sein sollte. Jetzt sind es schon fast 3 1/2 Monate das ich mit denen am diskutieren bin wann ich mein Geld bekomme. Ich warte nicht mehr Lange dann geht das auch an meinen Anwalt weiter denn das ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Ich habe mir am 17.03.21 Schuhe bestellt, die auch recht zügig kamen. Daraufhin anprobiert und weil sie nicht passten am 29.03.21 wieder zurück geschickt. Auf Nachfrage per Mail habe ich bis heute noch keine Antwort erhalten, geschweige denn in der sogenannten "Kundenhotline" jemanden erreicht. Es nervt mich wirklich sehr, meinen 125,96€ hinterherrennen zu müssen. Deshalb würde ich von einem Kauf abraten.

I bought a pair of shoes. After about 1 week the shoes arrived. Unfortunately, the stitching appeared to be loose in one of the shoes. Contacted customer service and they told me how to return the shoes. Shoes were picked up again and after 1.5 weeks I had the money back on the account. Great company with good service!

Pour ma part j'ai passé plus de 2 heures sur le site et je ne les ai pas tous trouvés, je ne dois pas être doué. Je n'ai trouvé que East1- - rFs, donc au revoir les 15% de promo. C'est dommage. Habe die Schuhe, die mir zu klein waren, am 25. Februar zurück geschickt. Laut Sendungsnachverfolgung sind die Schuhe angekommen. Ich habe jedoch keine Antwort und kein Geld erhalten. Immerhin haben die Schuhe über 200 Euro gekostet. Kundenservice ist nicht besetzt.
