Ik kreeg na het bestellen al heel snel een linkje om me pakketje te volgen alleen na een week wachten had ik het nog steeds niet binnen, mailtje gestuurd en binnen een half uur reactie dat er spoed achter werd gezet en 2 dagen later had ik ze in huis! Jammer dat het niet gelijk goed ging maar verder wel mega goede service

It was real pleasant experience. Brand new in box and provided a tracking number. Especially order from a company in Europe, but sometimes you cant find everything here in the USA. Especially during covid, so pleasantly surprised how easy and efficient the experience ordering from overseas.

Liebe Leserin, Lieber Leser, ich würde euch abraten, dort zu bestellen. Habe Schuhe in den Warenkorb und per KLARNA sofort bezahlt. Ich bekam eine Auftragsbestätigung und nach mehreren Minuten bekam ich eine Stornierung. Komisch!! Als ich anrief hieß es die Schuhe sind nicht mehr vorrätig und man würde mir das Geld zurückerstatten, nach dem Gespräch bekam ich wieder eine Auftragsbestätigung der Schuhe!! nach ewigen hin und her und mehr als 14 Tagen hatte ich mein Geld wieder und das alles nur weil ich 10 € sparen wollte. Wahnsinn. Sei Klug und bestell wo anders.

Die Schuhe sind top genau so wie die Beratung und die Kommunikation mit denen aber ich habe jetzt schon 4x oder öfters bestellt und jedes Mal hat die Lieferung 1-2 Wochen gedauert was garnicht oke ist. Ich lebe in einer Metropole in Deutschland und wenn sie es nicht schaffen die Lieferzeiten zu halbieren kann man auch zu anderen händlern gehen da die vom Preis und von der Beratung vergleichbar sind aber die Lieferzeiten normale 2-4 Tage dauert

Just received a nike sweatshirt today.. looks fake.. stitching really bad lots of loose ends and a bunching of stitches on the shoulder so really noticeable. Really screwed up, so obviously been sent elsewhere and returned, then sent out again. Not happy. Avoid..

I was trying to get a pair of limited edition Foo Fighters Vans and they were sold out within seconds everywhere. I stumbled upon Footshop when checking another website for stockists and they had my size. I purchased them and was so worried the order would get cancelled or similar but no!! They arrived today. Considering they were shipped from overseas delivery was super fast and FREE as I spend over the threshold for free delivery. I’m absolutely chuffed to bits that I got hold of these. The company didn’t even cash in and raise the price which they could have done as they were so sought after. Will definitely shop with Footshop again in future!

Chaussures retournées pour mauvaise taille. On m'explique que la boite à chaussure n'est pas la bonne et que l'échange n'est pas possible. Depuis plus rien! ni échange, ni remboursement... pour 10%plus chèr, il y a des sites plus fiable...
