France | 03 February 2021Je vous déconseille ce site. Je commande une paire de snearkers, malheureusement trop petites. Je décide donc de les retourner contre remboursement. Premièrement il y a toute une démarche assez contraignante pour les retours ce qui est énervant. Deuxièmement, je n'ai jamais eu aucun retour de leur part. J'ai du appeler 2 fois pour m'entendre dire que les chaussures avaient des traces d'usures, qu'on allait m'envoyer les photos (que j'attend toujours d'ailleurs). Je trouve ça d'une mauvaise foi sans nom étant donné que je n'ai jamais pu les porter puisqu'elles sont carrément trop petites pour moi. J'ai fait un retour mi-décembre, nous sommes début février et toujours aucun retour de leur part. C'est moi qui est dù appeler pour savoir que le remboursement n'était pas accepté à cause d'un mauvais motif. Bref je trouve cela pas du tout commerçant. Je n'achèterai plus chez eux.

France | 27 January 2021Première expérience d’achat sur le site. J’ai été super déçue par le manque de communication et d’explications quant au renvoie de l’article. J’ai du payer et repayer le renvoi car la première fois le facteur n’a jamais trouvé l’adresse de l’entrepôt, après avoir pourtant demandé comment bien faire le renvoie, on m’a laissé complètement dans le neant. Je déconseille de ce fait les achats sur ce site et je ne recommanderai pas dessus, c’est dommage car pour la réception à temps, nickel.

France | 21 January 2021Vu les avis, j'ai hésité à commander sur Footshop. Finalement je l'ai fait car le produit voulu était indisponible ailleurs et beaucoup plus cher. J'ai reçu mes chaussures en temps et en heure sans souci...sauf que j'ai reçu 2 chaussures droites!!!! Je m'en suis rendu compte plus de 30 jours après lorsque je les ai offertes à mon fils. Et là je me suis dit: tu aurais dû écouter les avis :-( Je téléphone quand même au service client et là surprise....une charmant jeune fille très compétente me répond, s'excuse pour la gêne occasionnée et met en place le retour des chaussures et émet une nouvelle commande. Elle suit parfaitement le dossier....10 jours plus tard je reçois mes nouvelles chaussures (droite et gauche :-). Je remercie donc le service client qui a été tout à fait professionnel. Merci ...et donc je recommanderai :-)

The order was placed on the 13th December, they arrived on the 2nd January having become misplaced in a Prague depot. I was fobbed off with excuses of port closures even though this occurred after the items were supposed to be delivered. I was offered a partial refund by an online agent as the trainers went on sale after Xmas with no sign of my order being traced. This offer of a discount was rescinded by the Customer Service team via email with no apology. I wasn’t allowed to cancel the order or receive a refund in the interim. Footshop contacted me on the 6th to say the item was delivered having failed to contact me at all with any updates. Appalling customer service. Trainers are great...made by Nike, nothing to do with FootShop...never again In response to their Trust Pilot reply below, which was their mantra throughout my complaint with a flat out disregard for the facts. My order was delayed in Parague not at the border, it was delayed for so long in Prague that it would never have made the Xmas delivery as it was sat somewhere in a depot where no one could locate it. The only reason it was subsequently affected by border closures was because it took over 10 days to leave Prague as it was stuck in the depot. Nothing to do with border closures. If one customer service department offers a refund then it should be honoured not flat out ignored and then rejected after several emails. If this company bothered to send any updates or apologies without being chased I'd of had little complaint. 20% off, awesome, like I said, never again.

I am pleased to say I couldn’t have been more wrong, shoes arrived on time as indicated with no issues and are exactly as ordered so would advise people to ignore negative reviews they are just not true.

United Kingdom | 29 December 2020As many know this release is limited edition and really hard to get, practically sold out here in the UK immediately. Determined to try to get these, I entered some raffles from UK based retailers for this release as well on Footshop - was unlucky on the others, but won on Footshop! I have read some bad reviews, but my experience was mainly positive. The raffle process was no different to other retailers. I was informed that I won on raffle day, immediately invoiced and my package was dispatched. The only slight feedback for improvement I would suggest is delivery options. As my package took a while to arrive with the carrier they use. This is not entirely Footshop’s fault, as the raffle occurred a week before Xmas and on top of this UK-EU borders were closed due to the pandemic. Overall I’m happy with the experience, had to be a bit patient to get this release due to delivery challenges - but did get it!

Do not recommend to buy something here. Answer from Footshop Hi, I'm sorry you feel this way but there's a checkbox you have to click on before you enter the raffle that informs you that you cannot cancel or return a raffle win. It cannot be clearer than that. If you do not read the business' Terms and Conditions before confirming them, that is not the business' fault. Thank you for your understanding. -Footshop Crew So how on that Footshop business itself doesn't kept it to the rules by backdooring pairs and cancelling orders how about that! What an underhanded business is this it should be blacklisted by Nike by al the pairs they backdoored in own interest, I wouldn't mind that they would ever be associated with the Mafia. If you search this shop on sneakerforums you will get proof and claims against them they backdoored so much raffles in the past 5 a 6 years even sneakerfanatics doesn't want to post that's connected with them! They are such a shame for other businesses!
