Après avoir rennvoyé le produit par colissimo (Colis # 8N 0498 108190 ), j'ai d'abord demandé un échange puis sans réponse à ma demande d'aide sur le site à plusieurs reprises, j'ai ré-écrit demandant un remboursement le 09/09/2020... mais toujours aucun mail de retour/confirmation. Personne ne répond au téléphone non plus. Je souhaite être remboursée au plus vite. Ma ref. commande # 1846240 du 18/08/2020

Within 4 days I had my trainers and am very happy with the purchase. Service and communication from the company was excellent and will definitely use them for future purchases

United Kingdom | 04 August 20202 weeks ago I ordered a pair of Jordan Mars 270 Lows - which were advertised as available on the website. These were the hard to find Black/Red/Metallic Grey ones (grey-toe). The website clearly showed the grey-toe ones in the photo too, amongst 2 other colourways (3 in total on their site). So I ordered them. My order arrives approx. 7 days later. I open the box and they're the wrong colourway. They sent me the Black/Red/Camo ones. Contacted customer services but they deny any wrongdoing. Since I ordered they have updated the website to show 4 colourways -now including photo of the CAMO ones. When I ordered they must have used the code for the CAMO trainers but used the wrong photo, as it CLEARLY had the Grey-toe in the photo (Black/Red/Grey). Even their description said Black/Red/Grey on the website and in my order confirmation via email (which I always check after placing order) - this is incorrect as should say Black/Red/Camo. They are not going to refund or exchange as they say the code matches what I ordered but they have used the wrong product description AND photo. When you order any trainers online what do you really honestly check? - the photo and the description right?? I know mistakes can happen but this is a huge mistake for them to make on their website. Now it's been updated it all looks correct so they are denying there is any issue and saying I made the mistake of ordering the wrong trainer. NOT happy and will not be using ever again. I only ordered from these guys because the Black/Red/Grey colourway had sold out in UK. I'm now stuck with these trainers as they won't accept the order was wrong, and I'm £119 out of pocket.
