So after 3 months my aftercare is complete for Refractive Lens Replacement surgery. The manager Lela was by far the most welcoming and accommodating person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She made the whole process go well amd I'm left with perfect vision. She guided me through the whole aftercare process and was always there to answer my questions and help me when needed. I just want to thank Lela for everything she did. Now I can enjoy my 20/20 vision in the knowledge I was In the best care possible.

So far I’m really upset as I feel I’ve gone back than forward and now wish I’d stuck with glasses. I see worse than before.

The team at the Birmingham - Corporation St, were really helpful, in particular Amy who looked after me superbly for the two hours I was there. I look forward to going back for my surgery!

I phoned the day after booking to explain I'd fallen down 5 concrete steps from my porch last night, and could not walk. The appointment is in 6 days time and at 73, I'm certain I still won't be able to walk even one block. They are STILL charging me the cancellation fee

Every member of staff I dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful & having initially attended to discuss laser treatment, I was recommended for len’s replacement & the whole procedure was explained in detail without me feeling under any pressure to commit to a decision today. During my visit I saw Helene, Laila and Andras who were extremely professional & informative.

I had lens replacement with optical express, that left me with much worse vision, months off work and depression. Optical express did nothing to help. Do not use optical express they only care about profit not people.

I had a consultation with Optical Express in Milton Keynes. I started by checking in and the receptionist was so welcoming and chatty. I was offered refreshments and showed to the waiting area. I only had to wait a few minutes and a senior member Layla took me through to begin carrying out the tests. Layla was so lovely and had a warm presents about her, she made me feel at ease. I was then seen by Andras who took further tests and went through all the information with me in thorough detail so I was left with no questions at all. My case was a little more complex and Layla was not pushy at all with getting me booked in. She was very understanding that I needed time to think about everything that had been explained to me. They knew i had my daughters birthday party after too so was happy for me to come back to have my drops in. I highly recommend Optical Express. They went above and beyond my expectations!
