Without exception, all I came into contact with, were warm and welcoming, from the reception staff, the opticians, nurses and the amazing surgeon, Mirna Belovari who did such a wonderful job of restoring my sight. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Optical Express Milton Keynes.

I opted for the Milton Keynes surgery. It’s was quick and painless, again, the staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable relaxed, talking me through every step. I had a check up 24hrs later, and I have 20/20 vision. I’m so pleased.

Waiting for appointments at the clinic always took a lot longer but was very in depth. Nurses in theatre could have been more chatty and reassuring. Andy was very friendly.

The process was easy from first consultation to the surgery. The surgery was quick and seem less, no pain whatsoever, slightly uncomfortable but the end result has meant I no longer now have to wear glasses. Really really happy with the result and will allow my eyes to heal up over the coming weeks.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2025I was treated at the dartford clinic. Everyone was very professional and reassuring and took me through the process, answering all my questions along the way. The experience of the surgery itself was rather unpleasant as to be expected with any medical procedure, however the surgeon and team made it so much better by talking me the whole time and being so reassuring. Within 4 hours the discomfort was completely gone, and by the next day my vision completely restored. I highly recommend optical express dartford to go for treatment, as this has been life-changing for me!

United Kingdom | 12 March 2025My partner and I both have an appointment booked for March 15th for refractive consultations. My partner called last Sunday (March 9th) to postpone our appointments by a week so we can support a friend training for a charity run. We've been told that as it is less than 14 days notice, we will be charged £100 to move the appointments. I called Optical Express yesterday to double-check this and was told the same. I called their Customer Services (yeah right), and told the same. Having looked at a legal view of what is termed 'Short Notice', although not an absolute legal definition, 'Short Notice' is generally considered to be less than 24 hours. I object to being treated in this way with not a single shred of any real 'customer service' in any of the interactions I've had with this company. Considering that I will now be charged £100 for receiving absolutely nothing except for "see our Terms & Conditions' statements, rather than 'how can I help', I will not now be using their services, and will never, ever, be a customer of this organisation. I am also currently reviewing my options through my legal insurers. Note to self: If anyone charges for an appointment in advance, think twice before booking.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2025Had lens replacement surgery in Belfast after many years of wearing horrendous “coke bottle” style glasses. Had pain free procedure which was carried out on Monday evening at 7pm had bit of slight grittiness and watery eyes afterwards but a good nights sleep with no pain killers.Got up next day and in again for follow up check up @10.30 am to be told I now have perfect 20/20 vision. Absolutely incredible outcome wish I had done this years ago.Thank you so much to all of the incredible team in Belfast for their great care and for making the whole process so easy.
