Went to St Enoch's Centre in Glasgow for my eye test. Seen Shona who gave me the eye test and Kitti who helped me choose my glasses. Process was very quick and the ladies were very helpful

Absolutely fantastic service from the beginning to the end. I was very nervous as I had very problematic eyes, the staff were amazing and very reassuring, especially Sharron, where nothing was too much to ask. I am so happy with my eyes now, I have already referred two friends.

Even being an anxious patient, I felt at ease from start to finish…constantly losing my specs, not being able to find them, breaking them, squinting & generally frustrated at not being able to see like I used was just not for me anymore so now I’m so happy that Optical Express has made it all seem like a bad dream!

I went for monofocal lens replacement so I no longer have to wear glasses, After surgery I still have to wear glasses I also have worse vision, negative dysphotopsia (I can see the edge of the lenes) large floaters , serious glare which stops me from going out at night , bad headaces and debris on the lens which I can obviously see My life is ruined because of these people They are very nice people untill you complain . After 3 months or 5 visits all further assistance or procedures are charged 3 months aftercare no 1 year Read the small print Please Please avoid this company .

The whole process from my first consultation to surgery and aftercare was outstanding. On each visit to the Dartford Clinic, I was always made comfortable and welcome by the staff who do amazing work. Everything was explained in a clear and concise way, and I always felt well informed on my surgery and care. Since having surgery my daily life has become so much better, and I know sometimes using the phrase life changing is too obvious but following surgery my life definitely has.

Had a fantastic experience with my laser surgery yesterday and have been looked after by the lovely staff at Cambridge and the clinicians that I have seen leading up to my appointment. When I decided to have corrective surgery I was quite nervous as I didn't know what to expect. My whole experience from start to finish was of the best quality, all of my questions were answered and I was put at ease. The aftercare was sat at a high standard . I would highly recommend optical express. I can't thank them enough. It's amazing having 20/20 vision again after such a long time .
