Had an appointment at Optical Express in the St Enoch’s Centre, Glasgow. Shiona, Yvonne and all the staff were highly professional, efficient, reassuring and helpful. I have had occasion to be very grateful to the staff at this branch for their speedy diagnosis and action on my behalf.

Just had LASIK eye surgery with optical express, consultation and post op in the Liverpool branch, surgery in Manchester. Amazing experience from start to finish! After 21 years of needing glasses/contact lenses, I now wake up with perfect vision! 😌

My glasses snapped today and I am away tomorrow so took them to the optical express in Bellshill where I talked to Sharon and they were able to help me replace the new lenses with my old frames. Couldn’t be happier, thanks guys!

Despite knowing people who had surgery I was nervous about taking the plunge myself but I had quick and painless lens replacement surgery with Dr Igor and attentive aftercare by the eye doctors in Oxford and appointments arranged by Callum. My vision is sharp and my eyes settled within a week of the surgery and I can now see clearly

Just had a checkup at Optical Express Bristol 9 months after my cataract removal and lens replacement on both eyes, because I had a concern about a slight fogginess, after a lot of different tests and scans was reassured by the lovely optometrist that there was no problem, but was due to dry eyes and was given eye drops to use, everything was very well explained as we went along, I’ve been very happy with my treatment through the whole process, all the staff have been very kind,polite and helpful, as for my eyesight I am so pleased to have had the procedure done my sight is perfect and no longer need to wear either long or short distant glasses. I would thoroughly recommend Optical Express. Thank you 🤩👍

I was originally quite nervous in anticipation to my first visit to optical express Plymouth, however when greeted by the lovely Lily I was very much put at ease and made to feel very welcome. She could not have been more helpful to myself and other customers who were in attendance. I’d been told by 2 other family members that this was the case so I was glad to experience it for myself. She and the company have been great and I am happy and grateful for Lily’s help and the companies services.

Had my lasek eye surgery carried out by Optical Express. From my initial consultation through to the aftercare appointment Nisha has been excellent with anything I have needed. Responses have been quick and efficient can’t ask for more help from a better team. Would highly recommend to any one considering laser eye surgery.

I’ve just got home from my post op checkup after having lens replacement surgery yesterday at the Nottingham branch. Absolutely amazing experience & results - I can’t believe how bright & clear the world is out there. I can honestly say that the procedure is very quick & painless & is well worth having done for the impact it will have on my day to day living. My eyes were streaming for several hours after the procedure, but there was nothing else apart from some mild soreness & a dull ache which was soon cleared up with paracetamol. I had a great night’s sleep too. The Nottingham team were great throughout the process, answering questions, providing loads of information & giving encouragement & reassurance. Thanks to all of you at the practice. I can honestly recommend having this procedure & as everyone says - my only regret is not having it done earlier!
