I had -5:00 vision and needed glasses to see anything at all 24 hours after my surgery in the Nottingham office with Mr Mushal and I can now see without glasses and or contact lenses. Really good service professional polite and top service at the st Enoch branch

Started with a rude woman calling the day before saying my husband wasn't due an eye test and hadn't been to them for years so wouldn't have his details on file. Next day in to shop for appointment, ignored by numerous people while waiting in a queue to speak to someone. Another lady in complaining and as soon as she left the staff were talking about her out loud in front of people waiting in the shop.

Great experience and lovely staff Got my eyes tested at St Enochs Centre Glasgow and the process was so quick and easy, got my new glasses within a couple of days and the staff were so lovely.

really cannot put into words how life changing Lens Replacement Surgery has been I am now day three and although my eye are not fully adjusted I cannot thank everyone who has helped me I can now see my phone and read a menu in a restaurant. The service thatI have received and the aftercare has been incredible the operation itself felt strange but I did not feel any pain at all Slight dry eyes now but I am taking drops for four weeks. Thank you to everyone involved you really have no idea how much you have helped me X
