Recently have undergone lasik eye surgery with optical express. This experience has changed my life, and the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. From the service, staff surgery, I would have it all done again in a heartbeat if needed!

Life changing! My son has been unhappy with his sight for years, one simple visit to optical express and a few small tests and we were booked in for LASIK surgery within a couple weeks ! The process was quick and easy, the before and aftercare of this company is second to none ! We were treated like family. I would highly recommend Optical express to absolutely anyone looking for a new lease of life and added Confidence, my son now walks with a new spring in his step iv never seen him so happy ! The initial consultation there was a lot of waiting about, an appointment to carry out the procedure was made, two days before they tried to change the time to a much earlier slot and then on the day of the procedure they didn’t have the correct lenses for me. Very disappointed with the administration side of things. Another appointment was booked and once again they tried to change the appointment time couple of days before, the procedure seems to have gone well, overall I really think they can do better with the service they provide.

Andrea in the Guildford branch was kind, diligent and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions in detail and was supportive and helpful at every step. Mohammed, my surgeon, in the Harley street clinic was extremely friendly and reassuring. During the pre op appointment, he gave up plenty of time and was very thorough in his description of the procedure and the recovery process. Following the surgery, my vision was transformed and after 24 hours I had 20/20 vision.

We had an eye test and ordered a pair of glasses. All staff were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly.. staff have also agreed to ship our glasses overseas as we do not live in the UK... everybody was really helpful...

I went to a couple of different providers for a consultation before I decided on who to go with for Lasik surgery. All mentioned that my eyes were a bit dry so I should use drops before the surgery but Optical Express were the only ones who gave me drops to use and booked me back in to review the condition of my eyes after using the drops for a couple of weeks before going ahead with the surgery (no extra charge). This was reassuring and is why I decided to go with them over the others. Every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly and professional and the surgeon was brilliant. The surgery went amazingly well and 3 days post op I cant believe the results. Would absolutely recommend!

I've been with Optical Express for over 30 years and have never had a problem with them. I pay for my contact lenses monthly by direct debit, so get £100 towards glasses. Staff are also very pleasant and very helpful.

Can’t fault the team. Pain free surgery. I suffer from claustrophobia, this was taken into consideration and I was made to feel at ease. Would 100% recommend. Within 24 hours I have better multi focal vision than I have had in 35 years.
