I had a fabulous experience at optical Express with lela and the team in Liverpool. Everything is very professional. All the team are very supportive and encouraging. In 24 hours I could see better than 20/20. I am so happy. I would recommend this to anyone and wish I did it sooner. Massive 5 start from me!!

I was met by friendly staff at the reception of the Exeter branch . Guided through all the tests by Tamara , who was really informative and professional, telling me about what each machine did and what to expect . Good interaction from the first phonecall (although some inormation was asked for a few times prior to appointment) Jenny was very helpful with all the necessary tests at the clinic. The optometrist Maeve explained that I wasn't a candidate for lens replacement therefore I haven't had any further dealings. Would recommend

Great customer service and warm welcome in Kirkintilloch, anytime I attend my annual eye test or simply going in for a quick fix of my glasses. Laura is very friendly and always smiling with every customer. Blair takes the time to explain everything to me about my prescription, and never makes me feel rushed.

Referred to Optical Express by my GP. The receptionist was welcoming and chatty, I wasn’t kept waiting for many minutes before I was called in to see the optometrist. The service was efficient and informative, I have a follow up appointment for 1 weeks time. I would recommend Optical Express.
