My experience was made great because of the whole process by the team from when I first walked into the Uxbridge branch they got me booked straight away for my laser eye surgery after all the necessary tests. And on the day of getting my laser eye surgery done all the members of the team was extremely helpful and explained everything to me in a lot of detail so I felt comfortable about the procedure. Once I had the procedure I was in a bit of discomfort due to the healing of the eyes but was expected but by the evening I could open my eyes with no struggle and my vision was 20/20, and doing all the laser eye surgery was the best decision of my life as this has improved everything for me such as my driving, my football and my social life as this helped me gain a lot of confidence. But I couldn’t thank the team anymore for the whole process.

I came for an assessment for laser surgery. The whole process was pleasant and the staff were particularly amazing Deborah greeted me on the phone and at reception and gave me plenty of time to discuss my needs and concerns - the perfect personality Natalie was thorough and detailed and made me feel super comfortable Amanda was amazing and helped me understand the whole process and showed wisdom and knowledge in her field Bethany was lovely as ever All of the team took their time with me and made me feel welcome I would definitely recommend the Chelmsford team and rate them with a 5 star service

Waited 6 weeks for my appointment. Was meant to only take 90min - 2 hours max. I waited an hour before i got called for scans which took 20 mins was told I would be seen in 30 mins, an hour and a half later!!! I still hadn't been seen and had to leave because I didn't have another hour and half free. For somewhere that's 40 - 60 mins drive away I've now wasted half my day petrol and car parking charges to have to do it all again

Had lense replacement surgery in September 24 which went well apart from a small adjustment to the left eye being required. This was a factor for myself but as explained by the surgeon and staff it was a minor adjustment that may or may not make a difference. All staff guided me and advised and continued to monitor the left eye. Optical express did not refuse any further treatment and only wanted to make sure my best interests were taken into consideration at all times, and why the wait and not as a delay. I had received the laser adjustment treatment on the left eye on the 18,2,25 and it was successful and I now have perfect vision with no issues. I would like to thank all staff at every level of service and treatment. Steve Allen.

So day one post corrective eye surgery, and I can see things I’ve not able to for fifty years! I explored my options and Optical Express were there to inform and respond every step of the way. No pushy sales process, but well informed and professional staff who make you feel comfortable at each stage. On the day of surgery, the medical team provide the assurance and care you can expect and the after care team are there physically and virtually to attend all needs and queries. Excellent service from The consultancy at Brighton to check I was suitable. Explained everything. Had surgery at Southampton. Friendly, helpful, caring and nice and easy. Surgery was comfortable with no pain. In under 24hrs was virtually 20 20 vision but expected to get even better as the day goes on. I visited Nottingham yesterday for my cataract treatment.I must say from start to finish was excellent. The front of house are amazing correspondence excellent.

I received great customer care at Optical Express especially from the receptionist Amran and Sara who did all the test on my eyes. Sara also advised me on which treatment would be suitable for my eyes and her knowledge gave me the confidence to go to the next phase in having surgery on my eyes. Samantha H

I went to optical express in Nottingham I was very nervous about having replacement lenses on the day I was shaking but the staff from the receptionist to the theater staff were excellent reassuring me that there was nothing to worry about the surgery went really well well and I came out smiling no need to worry thank you optical express .

I had a great experience today at the St Enoch Centre Branch, all the staff were excellent. I had my eyes tested by Rebecca who was very thorough and reassured me throughout. I am always made to feel valued when I attend.
