Me and my mother visited the south Woodford branch for a consultation for lens replacement surgery. Amran and the whole team were excellent including her manager. We have decided that my mother would like to go ahead with the surgery and feel very excited. The information and guidance provided have been very clearly and professionally given and I'm so glad we chose the South Woodford branch.

It was the St Enoch centre store and the staff that I saw were Shona and Yvonne. A simplistic and straight forward process from start to finish. No waiting, friendly and professional staff and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. Great store I have been coming to for years and will continue to in the future. Thank you all!

The service from the free consultation in Leicester, all the way through to the laser eye surgery in Nottingham was brilliant. Reception team in Leicester were really good. Neeta was friendly and helpful and she was able to get me an appointment so quickly. Optometrist Preeti was friendly and was happy to answer any of my questions. So easy to speak to. Thank-you. Nottingham clinic were great. I was in and out within 2 hours. The initial checks confirmed everything was looking good. Surgeon Mr Mughal was brilliant he explained the process and reassured me before going in. Surgery was so quick, there was some discomfort and pain for the first few hours but after that my eyes felt great. Vision is better than 20/20 the next day! I am so happy I did the surgery. Look forward to my month review.

Completely unprofessional service …. Booked in for a consultation for corrective eye an appointment for 4-30 pm on the agreed day ….. 24 hours before my appointment a member of there Dartford’s branch called to say I was booked in for 2 pm that day instead, I explained that I couldn’t make that time and was told I would incur the £50 charge if I didn’t attend ! They finally moved things around and I was seen at 4-50 pm that day instead, however after doing all the test I was told that I would have to wait hour extra to see the consultant as they were busy….. so I agreed to come back another day. On the day of my return the M25 motorway was closed heading to Dartford resulting in surrounding road completely congested, I called the branch to tell them I was unable to make this appointment as I’m sure serval other customers had the same issue….. I have now had £50 debited from my account for not making this appointment…. I have called both Dartford and head office to rectify this but it’s seems to fall on death ears ….. obviously as a repeat eye surgery customer the no longer want my custom or my money ….! Absolutely appalling service from start to finish ….. give this company a miss if you have any sense.

Visited Dundee branch today for a Lens Replacement Surgery consultation, the service and facilities first class, a special mention to Victoria she made me feel at ease and explained eye tests etc very professional, she knows her stuff.

I've used Optical Express since I had laser surgery in 2006 and I recently moved to Maidstone as well as my previous clinic at bluewater has closed Heather managed to fit me and my wife in at short notice for appointments fitting around work commitments. Sadly, I need reading glasses for work and all was taken care of on the day and I picked my glasses up after a week. OPTICAL EXPRESS, Can we have move appointment availability here please

I had my surgery on 21/10/2024. I have waited until now to do this review as I wanted to give my new eye's a good test drive first. All I can say is this, "Why oh why did I wait so long". I had lens replacement and it has changed my life. No more glasses, no more loosing or sitting on my glasses. I can now wear normal sun glasses to drive. Just being able to pick something up and read the instructions without glasses is amazing.
