United Kingdom | 22 February 2023I have reported them to the police. I had a horrible experience with Pastdue Credit Solutions. They started sending me emails and text messages, claiming that I had an outstanding bill with Three, which I knew was not true. I contacted them and informed them that I had no balance with Three, and all my payments were made on time. Despite that, they continued to harass me with threatening messages and phone calls. Their behaviour was unprofessional and intimidating. It caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I would recommend to report them at action fraud police uk/reportscam. In my opinion, they are scammers who prey on innocent people to make a quick buck. It is a shame that such companies are allowed to operate and continue to exploit vulnerable individuals.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2023They must have such a great business model. They were very polite and efficient at pursuing a debt which doesn't exist. They provided a spurious invoice from Yell Ltd. for services which were never provided or indeed ordered. Even a lengthy conversation with Yell didn't stop them and they continue to pursue a non-existent debt which has now doubled. They must be raking it in judging by other peoples experiences. They won't be getting anything from me though. Looking forward to having my day in court, complete with counterclaim for harassment - when , if ever it happens.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2023I keep getting emails and letters from this company, when it’s addressed to the first part of my post code which I used as a user name once , some one has sold them data which has been stolen , unfortunately it only takes one person to pay for them to be in front , please ignore all correspondence

United Kingdom | 08 February 2023Had txt to contact them, tried calling but nobody answered. Tried login that didn't work. No email for them. Very difficult to solve problems when you can't contact them. Maybe it is done on purpose!

United Kingdom | 03 February 2023I've had a demand letter from this company saying I owe £104.66 to Yell. I've never had an account with Yell. So, like most other reviewers on here, it seems like a scam company to me.

United Kingdom | 02 February 2023What's up with Pastdue (SCAM) Credit Solutions? I received a follow up letter yesterday (also an email a few days earlier) from them stating I owe £64 from a Sky account. I haven't lived at that address for almost 7 YEARS now and when I left I paid up any outstanding sums then. SIT ON IT AND ROTATE SCAM SOLUTIONS!!

United Kingdom | 19 January 2023They acted on behalf of SSE for a balance I left after leaving my old flat, and very enterprisingly added a hefty £80 to the bill without any evidence or paper work from SSE. I subsequently rang up SSE and told them they should have dealt with this directly and not used a third party, especially as I am now still a customer of OVO/SSE, albeit at a new address. SSE apologised profusedly over the phone. I paid the balance and was told the old account is now closed. Also, the balance I paid was only £280.23, not £350 something which Pastdue claimed SSE had added. This was disgusting. I wrote and told pastdue to stop harassing me or I would report them to the FSA or any other regulatory. Credit 'Solution' companies such as this are nothing but shameless extortionists.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2023Bad cistomer service. Been trying to get through to a human by phone for a while now and it’s impossible. The debt wanted off of me doesn’t even exist. Constant emails but I cannot respond back

United Kingdom | 06 January 2023Patronising sad little letter from Colin Turner after my complaint. They were in the wrong. Admittedly. Silly little company with sad and embarrassing service. Colin you should have a long look at yourself. Good luck.

United Kingdom | 05 January 2023I've been chased by this company for a debt to HMRC that I do not have. I've no idea where they have my my information from, but this debt does not exist. Apparently, they 'work' with HMRC. Can't see how. I wish something would be done about this company.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2022Sent me a debt letter where no debt was due with the underlying creditor. Hard to believe they aren't complicit with these scams. At the very least they have incredibly poor compliance / verification.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2022I sold my car back to the garage I had bought it from. This was almost 3 years ago, then just this year I received a threarening letter from these cowboys saying that I owed £80 for an offence commited by this vehicle in February 2022. I e mailed them, wtote to them, spoke on the phone to them, but in the end I paid the sum just to get them off my back. I emailed DVLC and wrote to them also about the matter, but have never received a reply. Today I went to the garage where I sold the car back to and they advised me to take the letters to the police as it just appears to be a scam company. The car is still in the hands of the person who purchased it nearly 3 years ago.

United Kingdom | 16 December 2022Be careful that they are scams, harassing behavior, they call 3/4 times a day and send messages and emails continuously, creating unnecessary psychological pressure. They hadn't even checked the balance and kept calling me. Avoid

United Kingdom | 14 December 2022Received two letters saying I owed money to EDF for energy used at a property I know nothing about. I shredded the first but contacted EDF and sent a picture of the letter. I also telephoned the number on the letter and told them to remove my address from their database. EDF, meanwhile, confirmed it was not one of their accounts. It looks like an elaborate scam with genuine looking correspondence. I contacted Action Fraud and gave them a full report.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2022What's wrong with this pathetic company, constantly sending bills out and emails and when I pay it takes ages to come off the outstanding bill. I've phoned them more times than I've had hot meals and no one picks the phone up, if you put more effort into talking to clients as you do harrissing them we might get somewhere.

United Kingdom | 08 December 2022Scam. Talk to the company they are alleging collecting for first. After I confirmed there was not an outstanding amount, PDCS kept trying to contact me for quite a while. Do not engage

United Kingdom | 07 December 2022I am disgusted companies like this are allowed to function. I have received blatant phishing texts, an incredibly rude phone call on which I was accosted and the woman demanded that I complete data protection checks when they are the ones who called me... Advised if it was so important they could put it in writing - received letter stating I owe a balance relating to my Three home broadband. I contacted Three as I have always had direct debit set up and they reassured me in no uncertain terms that this account had never been in arrears nor had they instructed a debt collection agency to contact me and that I was to ignore this letter. I will be lodging complaint with 'company' and reporting them. Feel sorry for anyone less clued up/suspicious that will pay these cretins. Dealing drugs is a more respectable career than this blood sucking nonsense.

United Kingdom | 05 December 202245mins on hold an waiting for a debt that I don't even know about. There needs to be a consumer law to protect against this.
