I have been getting harassment emails from them saying I owe SKY but they won't tell me the amount I apparently owe! They just keep saying in the emails I will soon be receiving a letter explaining the situation to me.... Website looks legit but I don't owe Sky anything! How can they get away with this?????? Shocking.

This company is just after any money they can try and tell you you owe. EDF bill which I paid completely and even sent them screenshots of the bill that was paid and a WhatsApp conversation with EDF customer service. I do not owe anything yet they are still sending me emails saying I do even when I have proof and they could do their job and contact EDF to verify this but they won't or they can't but still they keep trying to get me to pay them money I don't owe.

Pastdue Credit Solutions were hassling me via txt messages and letters stating that I owed 'Three' £40.71. I was ignoring the txts to start with as I didn't have a clue what it was all about. (I have a contract with O2 for the past 4 years). Anyway, after receiving a 2nd warning letter I decided to pay the amount just to get them off my back. Well it seemed to have worked until recently another debt collections company CRS have been txting me daily to say I owe 'Three' £41.68! Have tried to contact 'Three' - but i get cut off. I tried to go on CRS website and it doesn't recognise my Reference number! They are just Scammers!! :-/

Can you answer your telephone please and supply an email address I can use to contact you? Simples.

Absolute SCAM ARTISTS! I was receiving calls, text and emails saying that I had a debt with SSE. I called SSE to clarify and they confirmed what I thought-that I don't owe them a penny and am actually in credit with my account. I dread to think of the amount of people who have paid them when they haven't had to and the number of people who are being unnecessarily hounded by them right now. Surely this can't be legal?! They seriously need to be reported and stopped.

The one-star rating is all to flattering for PCS. They are Stupid, Appalling and Unprofessional. From experience the best way to resolve an issue is to identify their client that they are working for, work with that client yourself leaving PCS out of it but inform them of the resolution - with evidence.

Completely stupid. Took three attempts to pay over the course of about a month. Uncontactable by phone - you listen to 5 minutes of automated messages and menus then get hung up on before speaking to a human. Despite multiple attempts, never got to speak to anyone. The website kept kicking me out too. It's as if they designed it to be as frustrating as possible. Peak incompetence.

Absolutely appalling - this company refuses to accept documents as presented to prove I did not own the car when stated, DVLA has proven to be just as incompetent - This agency acted in a most abusive manner and I am now referring the case for investigation. WARNING whatever you say to these people, ensure it is in writing! They deliberately use no-reply email system to seemingly avoid a written record!

no phone number rings as advertised on the internet so what can you say they try to get you to sign into a site then print 3 telephone numbers none work - scammers possible

Received a letter for my father who had recently passed away due to his phone contract not been paid because his bank got closed down when I called to let them know of his passing there was to compassion or sensitivity to the call at all they asked if I wanted to pay the bill which shocked me massively no professionalism the people receiving calls need more training

Can’t get any lower these pigs tried saying we where in a debt from sse for 1300! Baring in mind we are on a pay as you go metre! I feel sorry for any old people victimised by these wasters! They have gone as far to make there letters resemble the actual company! INSANE these lot need a lot of news coverage!

Scammer!! Ignore what they sent to you!! They contacted me about a debt that never been exist and claimed they are contacted by HMRC!! I contacted HMRC about that, they claimed they never known a debt collector named PCDS indeed.

If past due contact re a debt just ignore them. They are a scam company. Rude, unhelpful staff. They just hope that you will pay them. Don't pay anything. I supposedly had an HMRC debt of £2,500. I contacted HMRC and there was no outstanding debt

Received a letter from LCS signed by Jenna Mitchell saying I owe SSE for final bill - typical debt collection letter. Spoke to SSE and they checked their record and said nothing is owed and they will let LCS know. A month later received another letter signed by Jenna Mitchell but this time with company name PASTDUECREDIT. More serious letter than the previous one and theatening to take me to court if I do not pay up and report to credit agencies. Got in touch with SSE again and they said they cannot understand why LCS and PASTDUE CREDIT are still chasing me as there is nothing due on the account and its closed. Lady I spoke to told me that she will leave a note for these companies that the account is clear. Wrote to pastduecredit via email - to avoid any unnecessary escalation. In response I am asked to prove that I do not owe anything and they need this to contact their client SSE. Disgusting people - mindless and moralless people that found job at a company wanting to make some quick buck for free by harrassing people.

My husband keeps receiving letters stating he has Sky and Three debt. Credit score is clear- have requested a SAR to get them to prove the debt. Just baffling, its blatant fraud. Hoping after seeing these other reviews, that is a wind up. Just F off!

This company must employ people who are brain dead, for 4 months now I’ve contacted them to say my mothers house isn’t a BUSINESS ADDRESS so why are you sending her a debt letters for a BUSINESS COMPANY!! Google their address and you will find it FFS!!! If we get another one you will hear from my lawyer!! The stress your putting a elderly lady in with threats of coming to her home (BUSINESS) to sees things..

I have proof in letter that they will only stop if their client tells them. in other words they are braindead no matter what your evidence. They do not take into account if you really owe a debt or not. Shocking.Shocking Shocking!!!

After reading other reviews I'm not going to contact pastdue was checking Google thinking this company was a scam as my son has recieved a letter saying he owes a lot of money to e.on for a previous address I've never been with e.on and I don't have my kids pay the bills
