recieved a letter for a £80 debt for DVLA even though my mother never recieved a letter or invoice from dvla, Pastdue make it almost impossible to speak to them, they may not be scammers but they opperate in the exact way scammers do,

They say I owe Scot power money...I don't...talked to Scot power they say ignore letter it's a SCAM

I am being sent text messages again and again stating the matter isn’t resolved after they have told me twice they wouldn’t contact me again . I have no clue how a company can work in such a unprofessional manner I actually thought it was a scam it’s been that bad

If I could put a minus on this I would. I am in dispute with Three and the matter is now in the hands of the Financial Ombudsman. Pastdue Credit Solutions contacted me and I responded informing them of the above. I was asked to forward relevant documentation, which I did. I did not receive the courtesy of a response but continued to receive emails and correspondence, all of which I responded to. The Financial Ombudsman asked Three to stop this company contacting me whilst the matter was in dispute. This company have ignored that advice and the correspondence and emails continue stating 'they will continue to contact me until I respond'. Just how many emails and telephone calls will that take? Appalling company.

I just sow the reviews here on trust pilot … and I want to thank you to everyone how left a comment I don’t want blame nobody but what can we do we still have letters and things , phone calls and emails from past due credit …. I tried send them an email showing them the reviews and what people say about it…. They just ignored me … But apparently no one take any action about them What can we do ???

This company is 100% fraud .if any one received letter from this company please don’t contact with them. They are scammers.

Do not trust this company. They are not what they make themselves out to be. Demand proof of everything from them and do not pay them a single penny - they will scam you.

Beyond appalling, disgusting relentless threatening behaviour, chasing credit that isn’t due and had been settled. Horrible company, should be closed down immediately and their board taken to court .

Chaotic communications which contradict themselves chasing a debt that was settled. Endless texts that are incorrect. Huge delays in them responding to messages. Utterly useless organisation that can’t accept they have got their information wrong. Why does any company employ them???

Diabolical. These imbeciles have sent me a debt letter for £34.80. Stating its from 3 mobile. I've spoken to staff at 3 mobile over the phone & in person in their shop branch who have checked everything on my account & inform me I have zero outstanding balances. I've always paid my bills on time. I cannot understand why this tinpot firm are harassing me for a non existent debt!

This company sending me letter saying that I owe SSe money. I contacted Sse myself and there staff stated that I don't owe them any money. Their staff are rude. I recorded all call. They can't even explain to me how and when did I owed them money. They are charging me £700 pounds for a supplier I never used. The UK government should do something to stop these people scamming vulnerable people with low income.

They keep hassling me with messages despite setting up a plan and having paid some of it already..stop chasing me when we already reached an agreement!!! also confirmed the payment was successful via who I am owe the money to

Pastdue sent me a letter saying I owe EDF money, and got my current and old address. However got my title wrong and wrong spelling surename and missing middle name. I think its a scam, please can you check this out for me. And the duration they said I owe money, I do not even live there.

Past due have been sending me letters and texts saying I owe HMRC money. Of course, as with all the other reviews here, when speaking to HMRC I don't owe them anything at all. Interestingly they're using a sum of money that was incorrectly added to my HMRC bill back in 2019 and which was resolved soon after so they're getting information from somewhere! Will be getting a cease and desist letter sent.

Gave differing stories, I guess they buy debit. Unclear not helpful, add huge fees. Spoke to HMRC, unaware of their involvement. Had to ring and ask them not to vontsct me anymore

The letter from Past Due Credit Solutions demanding payment for their client hmrc, looked authentic but on checking with hmrc, we didn't owe anything. We had received a demand from hmrc last month (again looking authentic) but on checking we didn't owe anything. Be warned!
