IF I COULD LEAVE A LOWER REVIEW I WOULD. NO COMMUNICATION, NO ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING. UNABLE TO HELP AT ALL. UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. MOST OF THE TIME I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY TRYING TO PRY MONEY FROM PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD FACE THE COURTS FOR HARRASMENT

( since there is no Google reviews I will leave mine here) The only reason I am giving 5 stars it’s because Taylor from customer service was very helpful, quick and kind with the matter I had to resolve with Past due credit. The company itself it’s bad and they need to do many things to fix it.

They where understanding at 1st then texts chatbot no evidence on question I asked. If they want to talk then ring me. As I refuse to communicate with a robot. Get a grip PASTDUE CREDIT SOLUTIONS. To conduct business Ring not Text.... Today I rang to talk. Option 2. I have screenshots. The wait time average 4 mins wait. The 1st screenshot was 21 minutes later the music stopped it rang and then back to music. The next screenshot 30 minutes then I hung up. Mental health stress they have not got a clue. You want your money. Let's go to CIVIL COURT and let a Judge decide....

Pastdue were lucky to get a one star rating from me (there was no option for a no star rating!). My 92-year-old father set up a mobile phone plan with 'Three' earlier this year. My father set this up with a lad/salesman from Three who had to rush everything through with my father as he claimed that he had to leave urgently to catch his bus! It transpired thereafter that nothing had been set up by Three's shifty boy, and my father had to go through the whole process again and set up a new different plan with Three with help from my sister. In the meantime, Three had taken £27 from my father's bank account for no service - that money has not been returned to my father by Three, and is presumably now lost. My father went to his nearest bank (now 16 miles away), and they advised him to cancel the original payment plan with Three immediately. Subsequently, he has had several letters from Pastdue Credit Solutions (on behalf of Three) demanding that he pays £28 - which is a joke, as they actually owe him £27 for the zero service that he received on a mobile plan that was never activated by them! My father has received several letters from Pastdue demanding £28 for this non-existent debt'. Originally, I told him to ignore them, as it was very likely a scam; but, as he has become more worried about this, I rang them up, which was a 20-minute waste of time spent listening to trad jazz - if I wanted to do that I would have gone to a jazz club! To be honest, if I'd read the Trustpilot reviews first (ignoring the couple of five star ratings that are obviously fake), I wouldn't have wasted my time by phoning Pastdue. If my father receives any more demands from Pastdue to pay this non-debt, I've told him to ignore them - if you can't get hold of any staff at Pastdue to get such debts cancelled, what is the alternative?

I have only rated pastdue credit solutions with one star because there is no option to rate them at zero. They are trying to get money from me which I DON'T owe. I moved house a while ago, and terminated the gas and electricity accounts for my old address (both SSE, and both in my name only). Paying the final bills was delayed because SSE firstly sent me wrong, estimated bills. I contacted them and provided them with final meter readings taken on the same day that I handed in the keys to my old landlord. Then, secondly, when the correct bills arrived (at my new address), SSE's rubbish system wouldn't let me pay either of the bills. 3 times I attempted to pay the bills with my Visa card, but each time SSE's automated rubbish said it didnt recognise my card and only accepted Visa. My card IS a Visa card, and I've used it to pay SSE four times per year for the past several years. Thirdly, When I managed to get to speak to a human being at SSE, they accepted my Visa card, and took FULL PAYMENT for BOTH (gas and electricity) bills on the 22nd of MARCH 2022. That SHOULD have been the end of the matter, but then on the 10th of MAY 2022 I received a letter from SSE (SEVEN WEEKS AFTER I PAID THE BILLS IN FULL) claiming that the bills were still outstanding, and that they (SSE) had passed the matter on to Pastdue credit solutions, and that the latter's fee would also be added to the "debt" (which in reality was none existant). SSE were contacted (again), and had to be told that the bills had already been paid in full (how come they do not know their own records on their own system?), but they insisted (their view) that I would still have to pay Pastdue credit solutions their fee for debt collection!!!! NO WAY. Since then, the crooks at pdcs have been pestering me with messages on my phone, wanting me to pay them £41.34 debt collection fee (for work they have not done, because the "debt" was paid off completely almost two months before they became involved). Note that Pastdue credit solutions, and SSE are both part of the same business conglomerate. Not only have the crooks at Pastdue credit solutions been pestering me to pay them what I do not owe them, but they have also been pestering my wife with their "debt collection" messages on her phone. These scum should be forced out of business. My wifes name was NEVER on ANY of SSE's bills at my old address, and neither was she a tennant there. (and we are not with SSE now. After this disgraceful hassle from them, I/we will not be recommending them to anybody).

This appaling excuse for a debt collection agency are used by HMRC and Eon-next amongst others . Whilst their customer service is appalling - long hold times , rude staff etc. , much of the blame is with the organisations who use them . I have received over 200 letters at my address from Eon-next for a company which used to be registered at this address but went into receivership over 6 years ago . Every single letter has been sent back to E-on next marked "Return to Sender . Not at this address . Contact liquidators" but they continue to send letters most days and have now passed to PastDue , who have now started sending letters on a daily basis . Tried to contact PastDue but no answer for over 20 minutes . Although they are an appalling company and deserve all the bad reviews on here , remember that the companies who use them must accept some of the blame .

Three was at fault I had closed my account and waiting for the final invoice as agreed. Three assured me that they had not instructed Pastdue, but Pastdue have hounded me for £25 which has been paid, There is no way to contact them they are a dreaddful company or is Three not being honest. Be careful with Three their staff are incompetent staff, but Pastdue are no better. I have been caught up in their poor Administration I have contacted Finanal Ombudsman and Ofcom because of both their incompetence and my account being handed to a debt collecting agency without cause.

Con - claim to be chasing a HMRC debt which they are not. Spent hours on phone trying to clear this up. No answer. No emails work, even the ones shown in the response from them on other reviews. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: lcreber(AT)pastduecredit.co.uk (ultimately generated from onlinehelp(AT)pastduecredit.co.uk) No such person at this address."

I set up payment arrangement, and successfully paid my first arrangement (I received a receipt, and my account on their website even shows that I have successfully paid the first amount), however I have received multiple threatening emails to say that I have not paid and broken my arrangement, and that this will be sent to debt collection. Their emails state to call right away, and then I was on hold for over 2 hours and no answer. Their automated phone mentions that texting is quicker, however it has been 4 days and no response. I’ve tried to contact multiple times with no success, however they have been continuing to send threatening emails. Causes great stress for what could be a simple fix.

Got a letter from them about Department of Health. I have no idea what they want from me. I tried logging in with my reference, but system doesn't recognise my ID. I tried calling them, but their offices are closed due to Covid! No other communication option with them! Useless company with no customer service but only threatening.
