Horrible people. Constantly pestering you about debts that are not even yours.

I had a letter from them at my daughters address for a bill from previous address ( It wasn't till after I paid it that I saw it was for a date after I had left also for electric when I had a prepayment meter with no bill outstanding). I went on the website and paid it as was concerned my daughter would have bad credit for her property but it came back as failed did not pass their fraud preventer and asked me for a different payment.Lucky I didn't do this. The failed transaction had actually gone through and ichecked with my bank to make sure.I have sent messages and emails to the company with no response. So my feeling are that this company is fake and urge people to look into it before parting with any money.

Plusnet send out an email invoice for a service cancelled with them a year ago to an email address I no longer use. They get no reply so immediately send the 'debt' to this company charging me extra on top. Ring this company and the customer service is impolite and rude. It's bad enough to be charged the extra and have seemingly no recourse but then to have to put up with this company treating you like rubbish. Both they and Plusnet should be ashamed of themselves.

Trying to charge me for a gas service I was never even a client of! Most likely trying to get me to pay some random people's debt. If you're certain that no debt is owed, either ignore or contact the original company.

This company is a scam. They work together with Spark Energy who also works together with an estate agent Gibbs Gillespie. The energy company already over charged me for 1 month which then I changed to another energy supplier. Now spark energy have instructed past due credit to collect the funds from me for the previous rogue tenants who were staying with the help of estate agent and landlord. They have on the system the date I moved in and how can you charge me a month before I moved in ? It’s a scam and you have been reported to ofgem.

Asking for money for electricity from 5 years ago for an unpaid bill. Did not live in the flat for the duration listed and had pay a you go electricity at the time. Glad I remembered and had proof of not living there. Asked me to send an email proving I did not live there at the time and also that I was using pay as you go. Surely they have to prove I am liable not me prove I am not! I sent the email. No response but like behold I get another letter threatening legal action and also that my credit rating will be affected. Not the best of companies unfortunately

Appalling company. They hounded me for six months and threatened court action for an alleged debt of nearly £2500 for an NPower electricity bill from six years ago from a previous address. I have never been an NPower customer, the bill was for a nine month period. How a one bedroom flat with gas central heating can accrue £2500 worth of electricity in 9 months is beyond me, but perhaps NPower’s prices are extortionate? Despite having sent them irrefutable proof that I was paying British Gas for my electricity at that address at the time, they continued to harass me. Even after a Pastdue advisor confirmed that the debt wasn’t mine and that they couldn’t take me to court they continued to ask for money. They finally apologised but wouldn’t confirm that my name had been removed from the account and that their error wouldn’t affect my credit history. They are shysters but they are not bailiffs. Contact CAB and the National Debtline if this happens to you - they are extremely helpful.

Received a claim for BT bill that had advised BT was incorrect (wrong account number). Tried to phone but life is too short to wait more than 30 minutes for a response. Await the next step

My wife received a letter from this company asking for money outstanding from a Gas bill (although at the time she had a payment card meter!). We asked for a statement to prove where the figure came from. Just over 3 weeks later, we receive the letter with a breakdown with figures that do not even have any relevance to what they are stating is owed. Tried phoning without success and will now go straight to the gas company to establish if this is a legitimate debt or not. Seems like a scam to me and by reading elsewhere on-line, they send wrong information, take extra payments, do not answer the phone (as being an ex debt collector, what kind of collection company would not answer the phone) and very slow in providing information. Beware.....

If I'd written this review after my first contact it would have been reasonably positive, the man I spoke to was friendly and helpful and we arranged an affordable direct debit to pay back my debt. That's the only reason this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star review, the problems started recently when my debit card expired. I tried to call them a number of times in the days leading up to my next payment and, although I was always calling within their advertised office hours I just got an automated message telling me to call back during office hours. I decided to cover that payment manually by paying it on their website, tried a few more calls over the next week and then emailed to explain the situation and check if they even still exist. 2 weeks later I got a reply telling me that someone would call soon, but they couldn't specify a time or even a day, and after a week with no calls I received a threatening email because my next payment had failed. The email said I had to call them before the end of the day or they may be forced to take further action, so of course I called them and again they didn't answer. I've decided to pay the rest of my debt online manually because I know it's a legitimate debt and I want to keep my good credit score, but the lack of customer service from this business is appalling and I hope I don't ever have to deal with them again. I've asked them not to bother calling me. If you receive any letters or emails from PDCS I would advise that you email them because it seems to be the only way to make contact these days.

This company uses bully boy tactics to try to get you to pay. They will harass you to the point of no return and have no shame about it. They do not even care if they have the wrong person or information. They offer no help or solutions, even if they say they are working for the company they are trying to recover money. An absolute disgrace....
