United Kingdom | 03 April 2025SCAM!!!! Do not engage with this company!! Had a small debt with ovo that I dispute, pastcredit hounding me about paying so I went onto their site to set up a payment plan- within an hour of making a payment to them I have two unauthorised transactions on my account amounting to £190!! Now have the hassle of waiting for new bank card and pin and resetting payments for stuff. Also don't know how long till I get the £190 back. Avoid avoid avoid, they are scammers!!

United Kingdom | 25 March 2025This company is constantly bombarding me with emails and text messages. I had an unpaid bill with British Gas which was paid in full last year, British Gas appear to know nothing of this company. Please stop I don't owe you or British Gas any money.

United Kingdom | 24 March 2025Awful communication and customer service. I called on behalf of a customer I’m supporting with debts. The way the call handler Angela spoke to me was disgraceful. She was condescending, patronising and rude. Awful representation for your company.

United Kingdom | 21 March 2025Absolutely terrible company, hard to deal with absolutely zero help from start to finish this company does not have a clue what they are doing

United Kingdom | 21 March 2025Been dealing with these utter dullards for going on 2 months now! OVO told them I owe £81. I’ve never been an OVO customer, and certainly not at the address for which the supply is for. One customer service advisor refused to speak to me because I’ve never had an OVO account they can trace. So I asked should that not click in their brains that the debt is not mine? Turns out they still expect me to pay a debt on an account they won’t discuss with me…because I’ve never been a customer. And as for their complaints handler, Rebecca Cowan English, if she’s the best they’ve got, then god help this company. Finally spoke to a lovely lady called Chloe. Finally! Someone with some intelligence. I hope she leaves and gets a better job! I am currently talking Pastdue to the FOS, and I implore more people to do the same.

United Kingdom | 18 March 2025I am being harassed by this company. They have caused me so much stress unnecessarily because I do not owe Three money. The phone line costs money. The text line costs money and is another trap to collect more 'security' info. This company made £900,000 in profit in 2023 with money they stole. This is a horrible scam company and I have no clue how they are not in prison!

United Kingdom | 18 March 2025This Company is a joke they have a complaint site attempting to stop unhappy customers complaining to genuine agencies and hoping customers will be fooled into thinking they are making a genuine complaint, BEWARE. They also demand payments from people and demand personal details not for security reasons but to update their records to attempt to get additional information and a hold over customers. If you contact them tell them nothing and tell them why your ringing such as "its already paid", "you don't owe the amount they are claiming", etc,. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS OR CONFIRM THE DETAILS THEY HAVE FOR YOU.

United Kingdom | 07 March 2025You! Past due are abysmal and worthless. Dictating to people what they will do and not do Here’s the Thing No Credit Collection company anywhere can do anything except harass People. They have NO Power, they can not visit You, they can not force You to pay. In short, they can do absolutely nothing. Only the Person or Company you owe to, and even then, Most people pay the outstanding bill, way before any Legal Action takes place, it takes months to action. Therefore you are within your rights to contact the owed Company and mention it’s a waste of time involving Collection Agents As for this Crowd of Individuals 🙄 They operate illegally

United Kingdom | 06 March 2025This company sent my 92-year-old uncle a bill for a debt to British Gas for £65.00. He has never had a contract with British Gas (always Scottish Gas), and he pays that by monthly direct debit which is automatically adjusted according to his usage. He is 'old school' never been in any debt and this was a shock for him. He was quite upset at the thought of being in debt. He ignored the first letter and now they have sent him a second one - absolutely disgraceful that they are getting the personal details of individuals and attempting to scam them.

United Kingdom | 05 March 2025Scam company working for even bigger scam companies. Three decided I owed £60 them from 2017! Have they just noticed? Strange because my bank got >£700 back in dodgy Three direct debits end Dec 24.

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025The first indication of this penalty was on the day the notice arrived; no reminders, no prior warning. Two twenty minute phone calls on hold yielded no response. I tried the text option and was connected with a robot who took security details. I then had brief contact with 'a person' again by text. No opportunity to discuss options. Eventually, to rid myself of the problem I tried paying by bank transfer but was told twice, by on-line banking security, that there was a problem with the site. (It had been checked at my bank, in person.) So, I sent a cheque for the full amount which will cause a dent in my budget. In spite of all the options listed, none really worked. The date option given below does not cover the horrendous, stressful three days from 17-19 February 2025. I hope that the cheque will resolve the situation.

United Kingdom | 19 February 2025Set up an agreement with this company to pay off a creation debt and after two months of paying it they’ve sent it back to creation and I’ve basically been paying them for nothing. If this company contacts you and you set up an agreement to pay a debt they can just give it back to the company and break the agreement, do not trust them.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Tried to con me into paying a penalty for a car I don't even own anymore!

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Avoid at all costs. I filed for self assessment tax on the 31st January 2025 and got a letter from this company say I owe nearly £3k on the 6th February 2025. Barring in mind I already paid this. Complete scam artists praying on the weak who will pay up without knowing this a scam.

CS
United Kingdom | 10 February 2025We received a letter claiming we owe just under £22 in water charges from our old property. The first red flag was the fact that I am currently in credit with my water provider. Second red flag: The letter was addressed to my partner rather than me, even though the water account is in my name only. Third red flag: They claim they were appointed by United Utilities LIMITED. So I called UU to find out if this is legitimate. The lady confirmed that I am in credit and have no outstanding payments. She also confirmed that UU do not operate under Ltd. She advised to not pay anything. And I won't. So PastDue Credit Solutions can get lost! Do not just pay blindly. Get in touch with whoever apparently appointed PastDue first.

Robert Saunders
United Kingdom | 08 February 2025Absolute cowboy operation, emails and letters about a debt I allegedly owe to Three (I don’t). Surely it is a breach of my data protection for Three to pass my email, mobile and address to these charlatans.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025Scam company nagging me for a hmrc tax bill that I've paid.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2025Pastdue Credit Solutions unlawfully pursued me for a debt that was never mine. British Gas mistakenly assigned a previous tenant’s outstanding electricity bill (£792 for a single month!) to me. Despite my repeated explanations and evidence, Pastdue harassed me with threatening calls, treated me disrespectfully, and falsely claimed they had verified the debt with British Gas. Thanks to the Citizens Advice Bureau, I escalated the issue legally and successfully had the case closed. However, the stress, anxiety, and mistreatment they caused me were unacceptable. Their tactics are unethical, and I strongly advise others to challenge any unjust claims from this company.
