I have now told them to take me to court and be made to look foolish, and refuse to engage with them again. Parasites!

Continually harassed my disabled partner with letters, emails, texts and voicemails for the last three years, and yet have ignored every single letter I have sent (over 20 in the last three years), including one to their complaints department, despite having told them multiple times that I am his sole carer and have to act on his behalf, and having sent the required evidence and forms signed by my partner. Disgusting company that harasses disabled and vulnerable people and makes it absolutely impossible to open any kind of dialogue with them.

United Kingdom | 19 June 2023received a text from them saying i owe money to HMRC - when I contacted HMRC directly, they told me to "ignore it, it sounds like a scam" - as they could clearly see on their screen I didn't owe anything!

No call no text instead a night of worry and stress. Called back the next morning to be told it had updated. If you say you will do something do it .

United Kingdom | 30 May 2023Really not sure who these people are. I got a letter to my new home asking if I lived here! Called them, spoke to a gentleman with a very bad grasp of English. Wanted my full name, date of birth, national insurance details before they would talk to me. I wouldn’t provide these details because they wouldn’t even say who they were calling in reference to, said they couldn’t tell me anything due to GDPR! Who are they? Are they legit? Thier online portal doesn’t have my full name, only initials, are they a scam or legit?

United Kingdom | 24 May 2023I am writing this review in the hope that it helps other people. Please read it and see if it can help you. I was quoted as owing over £6500 to past due credit via a letter, Pdc said they were collecting on behalf of hrmc. I logged into the hrmc website and it showed I only owed £1300. I was really worried about owing so much money that 1300 in comparison was actually a relief. Log into the hrmc website using your government gateway ID it takes minutes and could save you thousands. I have no idea why past due credit claimed I owed them so much.

I have tried to pay in every way on the automated system on line on the phone and its impossible. Can anyone reading this help I just want to pay. DVLA please get this sorted its an outrage that you are passing collections to such a low rating company HELP NEEDED trying to pay my debt

United Kingdom | 20 May 2023Please avoid this company and pay directly to the company you owe instead of past due. Took our money and it didn’t go off our electric bill. Told us they’d refund us and got nothing back. When desperately trying to resolve this issue, they ended the phone call on us (we were being very nice and calm to them). So the electric company involved called them on our behalf, which they also hung up on them. SO unprofessional, and caused us so much unnecessary stress and frustration that no one needs in the UK right now. Disgusted.

United Kingdom | 15 May 2023Terrible company, after paying off a bill in full and watching the outstanding balance fall to £0, a late payment fee was added weeks later. This means that past due aren’t in touch with the companies they work with regularly enough to see that a balance has been paid off. I ended up paying the late payment fee just to get it out the way (which bought the balance to £0 again) and then a month later another late payment fee was added for the exact same amount as the previous one. I realised that this could go on indefinitely and after asking them to investigate and write off the late charges 3/4 times they realised the late payment fees were added incorrectly. If you have had unwarranted fees added I would advise asking them to investigate as they do seem to make mistakes and are difficult to get them to investigate properly.

Then passed me through to another call centre operator because he did not know what he was doing. He put me through to domestic even through it is business. She passed me through to business and the line cut out. Useless and then they wounder why call centres have a bad reputation

United Kingdom | 05 May 2023I’d give zero stars if I could. Disgusting ethics they are hired by companies but make absolutely no check if the information they are given is correct. They then hound there “victim” with this incorrect information causing stress and mental anxiety to an innocent person. If they made more thorough checks with the company who pays them to ascertain the FACTS they might not take on the work. Terrible terrible terrible.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2023After many calls, emails and text messages l cannot get thru to them that this amount outstanding with SKY is not mine. Went to ACTIONFRAUD to resolve the problem but did not seem to make any difference. Am now going to speak with my solicitor to see what can be done !!
