Very poorly organised debt collector despite a glossy appearance. Left hanging on for ages on the phone, no email address to write to, their system does not update when you send them payments, really hard to communicate with. A shame because on the surface they could show how a debt collection agency is professional, but they fail.

I received a letter dated 20/4/22 stating I owe £1148 for Duel fuel for the period of Nov 21 to March 31st 22. If any bill was outstanding to an energy company this would not be handed over to a Debt agency after 20days. The company that I ‘apparently ‘ owe money too does not supply energy to my home. Hopefully they will send an enforcement team to my home to enforce the so called debt. My partner and his friends are eagerly awaiting the dirty lowlifes and they will certainly get the welcome they really deserve.

Based on an issue with HMRC (which as far as HMRC are concerned, was never escalated to the level of retrievable debt by 3rd party) 2 people arrived at a friends house - not my registered address -looking for me. They acted coyly, trying to bait and switch and latterly asked for a 'look around the property'. To be clear: The HMRC are bleeding accounts to debt collectors when no debt retrieval has been activated and these parties are breaking GDPR laws (the only thing linking me to the address is a very recent application for a driving license) then without establishing their identity attempting to illegally access private property with a view (one would reasonably assume) to illegally acquiring personal property. This is above and beyond their pay grade. These scumbags are routinely making peoples lives a misery but consider this: In the wake of the pandemic HMRC are not recovering legitimate debts; I owe the HMRC absolutely nothing - not a penny. I have called, confirmed this and lambasted them for this abuse of power. It's essentially an endorsed data hack. If I had rolled over they'd be up £10k, and I'm sure these tactics work with others. A 'look around' is a preamble to a bailiff raid or similar. Unless, perhaps, these undisclosed plain clothes looking bullies are actually Home Office looking for undocumented immigrants? I'm contacting the Guardian and Observer about this because I feel passionately that these thugs exist to kick us when we're down and they should be humiliated and prosecuted for any illegal acts. If anyone wants to contact me about their experience they've mentioned here to help bolster a case that I very much think should be articled then use the following email: pdcsfraud@gmail and don't forget to add a .com to the situation

I have received a letter from these criminals saying I owe an £80 penalty for a driving offence 01/07/2021. Well here's the big laugh on them I don't drive and don't have a licence. Can't get through to them on their phone lines and they have a 96% bad rating on trust pilot. How are they allowed to trade this company? If anyone turns up at my door they'll be getting told in no uncertain terms. Absolutely appaling this is going on in 2022.

Absolute disgrace. I don't know why the government agencies still use them. Tried to pay the due through their payment system only to get a message that the payment hasn't gone through. However, the money went out from my account. What a joke.

These absolute morons keep contacting me for a sky wifi hub which I returned more than 4 months ago. The harassment started with text messages which I have since blocked. They are now sending me letters to my new address which they obviously gained illegally as the sky account was at my old address. You contact them with zero feedback and all the numbers available are one to MAKE PAYMENT!!! this company deserves zero stars for the way they conduct themselves and they should be ashamed of the way they fail to communicate clearly with their client sky to confirm details of returned hardware. They are now pulling Sky’s name into this and I hope they get involved and change who they choose to chase payments for them!!

Company is a joke I set up payment plan online which was a struggle paid on time only to receive letters and emails again as the plan had been cancelled due to non payment which was clearly not the case. I then rearranged it to have it cancelled again. I email and get no response it’s nothing but a waste of time and energy

Got an email saying we are contacting you from Department of Health & Social Care with a customer ID. I have no idea about what they have emailed me for. I have tried to contact them but I couldn't. My details too doesn't match. I was stuck about what to do the next, since I have gone through these many comments I too think they are just scam.

Some sort of scam. Sent me a letter about an account I have with Eon next, that I never actually had. Either someone defrauded me, but looking at reviews - looks likely this is actually a Scam.
