I have been paying off an overpayment of tax credits since April 2015 to pastdue credit solutions only to hear 2 days ago HMRC have not received a penny! Have emailed 3 times & keep ringing them but no answer, I really don't know what to do now

Text messages and a letter claiming my company owes VAT to HMRC. A quick call to HMRC and logging into my HMRC account confirms I don't owe anything. Even the agent on the phone at HMRC told me to ignore them. I tried to call the number 5 times each for 20 minutes at a time and no answer. I emailed the address that is in their (copied and pasted) responses on here to peoples reviews and got a bounce back saying the address doesn't exist.

Took £500 out of my mums bank account, have no debts and are very confused how her card details were used. Luckily enough tsb took it seriously as fraud and refunded the money within hours. Scary when it says it is a legitamate company however are fraudsters. Having to block the card and order a new one now but atleast the £500 has been returned. No prior relationships with this company or companies affiliated with them. Very concerning, be careful if you ever cross them.

This is a scam . They try to pin”debts “ on credit worthy addresses using false names . Write back disputing the debt and request an immediate acknowledgment. Don’t waste time trying to phone them .

Very poor attitude on the phone which was on hold for a very long time . Was sent a fine for tax on a car I had sold almost 9 months ago - First fine came 6 months ago -Have written to the DVLA twice since this issue emerged and also previously written to the debt collection agency - no emails accepted. There was a problem with the wrong date of birth etc.which resulted in failure to deal with this in line and the attitude was that this was my fault No acknowledgement that this fine was not fair, proportionate or in any way a common sense approach and was told there was no way to appeal against it other than writing to the DVLA which I did 6 months ago . Total lack of compassion from so called customer service and ended with advice to have a dispute with the garage I sold the car to . In the midst of covid the cost of this fuss has been at least a whole day of my time and their time etc - waste of money all round

I have received a letter, purportedly from pastdue credit solutions, claiming £80 on behalf of DVLA. The vehicle described belongs to me, but the DVLA website confirms tax is up to date. Moreover the address to which the letter was sent is not the address to which the vehicle is registered. The company phone numbers say they are closed because of the pandemic there appears to be no way of establishing the basis or validity of this claim.

Got sent a letter saying I owe SSE money but the account number is wrong on the letter, address spelt wrong and no one answers the phone. On top of this, SSE confirms I owe no debt and they have no idea why I received this letter

[update] Probably not a scam chaps. Got to the bottom of it, I think. But still, very shady to ask for information without being able to speak with this company in an efficient manner. Obviously people think this is a scam. Especially if you are unaware of the reasons for contact. ------------------------------------ Beware of the scam! Claiming I have a debt with SSE Energy. I haven't had a contract with SSE for more than two years. Neither any debts. Impossible to contact them too. And most importantly, I called SSE and 1) they are not aware of any debts, 2) they don't know which this company is.

What a joke this company are. Received a Default notice regarding money ‘owed’ to SSE For a gas bill. We don’t have gas from this company and furthermore don’t even reside at the property in question! Tried to ring on 3 separate occasions, totalling 2 hours 45 minutes, and sent numerous e mails which bounced back. I think this is a total scam. Shall be reporting to the FCA. BE WARNED

This is a horrible company, they have contacted me that I am owing EON Next which is not true. EON Next sent a bill of estimated reading which is beyond my present meter reading, this was sorted out with them with apology from EON Next and even telling me they are owing me £17.00 which I did not collect because I was upset with them for disturbing me with phone calls and emails for 6 months. The next thing I realised is series of text from PDCS stating that I owe EON Next asking me to login to their site which I have refused to do. I am now at a stage of reporting them to FCA and ensure they are prosecuted.

I have received a defualt notice from them (using SSE letterhead with very poor print quality), I contacted SSE and they ensured me that there are no outstanding balance and that I should ignore the letter as it could be fraudulent.

I am not sure what more I can do to speak to someone. I have tried to call 5 times and after 30-40 mins on the phone just give up. I followed this up with emails and again I hear nothing back. I received a default letter for a debt that as a Landlord I was informed by SSE that it wasnt my debt. To now receive these threatening letters and being unable to speak to or contact anyone I wonder what happens next? I see this site if full of similar complaints and would like to understand what I have to do to speak to someone before I get a CCJ?

SCAM company. They claim I have a debt with HMRC. I do not. Do not engage with them. There are many vulnerable people who believe their lies. No doubt they will respond to this review with standard garbage about FCA registration.

I owe an amount to pay back and have set up a payment plan. I have paid 1st installment fine. Sent the 2nd installment and the payment has sat with them for days only to be sent back to my bank. I have had numerous texts and email threatening me that time is running out etc. I have tried to get in contact time and time again and can never manage to speak to anyone. I have no option to just wait and hope someone decides to try an get in touch with me. Without wanting to know if I'm a robot and ask me how many chimneys I can see on a stupid picture. So frustrating.........

Pastdue Credit win the day yet again! Today I had a letter, a debt I do not owe, so I have not paid it this time, but tried to get through by telephone to discuss. After waiting in a queue for 11 minutes it occurred to me that it was a premium phone number. Robbing you all the way to the bank, putting people into debt while they are in a queue to try to get some solution. It is a no win situation.

Terrible company They’ve sent me a letter claiming to represent a power company, they won’t discuss it until I pass there data protection check , but I don’t have an agreement with either them or there client, so what can I confirm or check PAST DUE ? In the meantime if you read this as per my previous conversation with you I’ve entered into a contract with you that you apparently recorded . So just to confirm every time you call me. , write to me or text me there’s a charge of £100 . So far you debt is £600 in two weeks. Hope thatsclear Past Due .

They know of them tho ,and told to throw it in the bin Unfortunately it took over half an hour on the call to 2 different departments but if you get one throw it away Your update/reply does not go with the conversation with HMRC today !!!
