Another bu***t fraud company like all the other reviews. Letters to my address for someone that isnt me and has never lived at this new build property, just to let you know your letters for Mr J C Carr are going in the bin, he doesn't live here, he never has and why would HMRC get a credit agency involved. Absolutely laughable. Do not contact these people or reply

I have had letters sent to my door which isn’t my debt. Tried contacting them but can’t get through to someone to talk to about his matter

HELP!! How can I stop this company or get hold of them?? I have tried phone 45 times now and no-one answers. I have emailed them but again they never phone or get back. They have the completely wrong information and its not taking its toll on me. I tried to take my life last week as I cannot cope with this anymore from this company I don't know what else to do. I have done a full report now to the FCA for their conduct.

Awful. Paid a £80 penalty with my debit card for my Father for not informing the DVLA his car was off the road, they passed the debt on to these people to collect apparently. Tried contact them by phone which is impossible. They haven't taken the £80 from my account for 6 days now..my bank has confirmed it is pending so they can't try and say it hasn't been paid. Shame they're 300 miles away in Glasgow! Terrible company, shame on the DVLA for using them. ..Cue generic reply!

Scammers, nothing more to add. They are trying to rip me off for almost 500 pounds. They are claiming that I have an outstanding bill to some ltd company I have never dealt with haha.

Just seen a response to my last review advising me to email their support team. As per my previous review that is a complete waste of time, it has now been over 2 weeks since I emailed them and I am still waiting for contact.

Have received emails for 18 months saying I owe BT money Have sent bank statements showing all payments were made also a letter from BT telling me to ignore them as my account has been paid in full so why are you still on my credit file and everytime I try to contact you, you reply with the same generic email

Have received several e-mails alleging a debt with SSE. When I ring SSE, they have nor record of any debt being owed. When I ring PDCS the call never goes through. This seems to be pure harassment

No response to emails. Phone system useless, on hold for 45 mins but still no response or queue information. Can't create an online account as my name isn't recognised???!!! Account now been blocked. I have had an account with PCS for many years, and this situation has never been improved. Non existent customer service. You'd think that with 97% bad service reviews, they would take the feedback and try to improve the service.....

What a joke of a company!! You ring -- no answer. You email -- no answer. You never get an account number or anything. 'Customer dedicated service' my ass.

Had a few missed calls and texts addressed to someone I have no relation to for a debt issue. i ignored the messages for a while thinking it may be a scam and also checked reviews like the ones on here - the messages kept coming through though so I wanted to try and put a stop to them. I rang their customer services and did not press any of the options on the switch board. Eventually I was connected to a customer care operator that asked for my ID. I politely mentioned that I had received text messages addressed to someone I do not know that had an ID included and if that was the one she required. I provided it and she apologised and she explained that my number had been removed from the account and I would not be contacted again. It was frustrating to receive the texts but my interaction with their customer services was pretty painless. It does seem like they have an issue with verifying their contact numbers and records though. We shouldn't really be having to ring you up to tell you you've got it wrong PDCS! Just remember there's another human being on the other side of the phone and they're just trying to get by too. Tldr; ring them up and politely explain they have the wrong number and they will remove your details.

"Reply from Pastdue Credit Solutions Dear (Me) I’m sorry we haven’t met your expectations and you were contacted, potentially unnecessarily. We would appreciate anymore feedback you have on our member of staff that has given you this negative experience. Please contact our support team at (link deleted) with - your name - customer ID (this also helps us locate the matter and able to look into it more) - best number to contact you on - best day and time to call I will arrange for one of our team to call you back. Please be advised we will be required to ask you some security questions in order to meet our Data Protection obligations. Thanks, (name removed) So I did that and guess what? I failed the security questions because the address I gave, you know where I live, did not match their records. Because this is not my Fekkin debt. So now this...... Contact us to discuss something else Date: 25 October 2021 Time: 16:48 This form has been sent to Wiltshire Police via the Single Online Home reporting service. It's useful to include any relevant reference numbers, names of staff, relevant department and so on. Firstly, no rush. Been pestered by pastduecredit of late Tried to follow their protocols by using ID number online but it was not recognised. Tried several times but no luck. Eventually phoned them, waited ages and got hung up on which is annoying. Having eventually got through I was asked to answer security questions, I failed security because I gave the wrong address because I told them where I live. Not my debt or case. But they have persisted. Made complaints but they responded saying it was my fault for failing security questions. Posted stuff on Trustpilot and got lame response asking me to go online and someone will call me today. They did and guess what I failed to answer the security questions because I told them where I live and that did not match their records. Got the hump hence contacting you. I am autistic/aspergers and ADHD - this stuff freaks me out and pastdueredit are aware of that. They are rogues at best, a scam at worst IMHO. Bunch a Cants

I've received a letter from Pastduecredit this morning, I do owe some money which is true enough, to Tesco Mobile but was suspicious why Tesco didn't contact me directly. So to be safe and not sorry , I googled information about the company and have read a few positive, but mainly negative reviews. So will be careful from this point onwards regarding my debt , I'm glad there were plenty of reviews and information online to read, before I contact pastduecredit and start to make any payments. Thanks Jim Passingham.

Past due site says pay online, log in, account accepted, attempted to pay using my card, and it says its failed, OK, try second time, oh no, failed,,, third time, yes accepted, good, check bank and they have took three payments and are pending, try to stop two but cannot, so ring bank and they say its past due site who is at fault for taking the money,,,, ring past due and they say they will contact me when their finance department opens next day, they did nothing, no call back when they said, no notes left, not a clue what I'm on about, currently still waiting for my money.£240 out my bank in some cloud thing, be very careful with the site, had I kept trying to pay I would have emptied my bank. Looking at their reply obviously suggests they have done jack about the account, nor chased me up with a call, the number which they have, details were passed on to the finance team, WHO SHOULD HAVE CALLED YESTERDAY AS ARRANGED,, NO WONDER THEY HAVE A RANKING OF 1.1 OUT OF 5, shadow payment would be the first attempt, not the second,,,, and third one successful, cut off by a customer care operator who said he speaks for the finance department,as they will say the same, but put me on hold to speak to them to see if they said anything different. Dvla should rethink who operate on their behalf, give the work to a company who can do it right, look at the reviews for this shambolic crew. .

I used to work for Pastdue credit solutions and their managers are absolutely appalling and they treat some employees unfairly and surely there's favouritism. So I don't recommend working for this company as they treat you as a slave

What a pathetic organisation. I recommend you ignore them and deal with whatever provider you have. We had a chaser for £100 on an electricity bill FOUR days after the bill was sent. FOUR DAYS!!!! As it happens we were abroad at the time but what level of instructions do EON give this shower that they chase in a matter of a couple of days!!!! Simply awful and I plan to make a complaint to the FCA about their processes.
